Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe direttamente dal sito ufficiale di Clarks. Le scarpe sono arrivate con un laccio di riserva mancante.
Ho segnalato il problema al servizio clienti, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta.

Si tratta di un dettaglio minimo, ma proprio per questo sarebbe stato facilissimo risolverlo o almeno rispondere. Il vero problema non è il laccio mancante, ma la totale assenza di assistenza dopo l’acquisto.

Esperienza deludente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta del sito ufficiale del marchio.

Visited Grafton Street store Monday the 9th March. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 3 of them dealt with me. Erich was very polite and efficient and was doing a good job training a new female employee who also went out of her way to be helpful. Overall a pleasant shopping experience and I bought two pairs of shoes!! Good salespeople!!

El 24 de agosto hice una compra de unos zapatos a través de la página web con número de pedido 1013120140, con fecha de entrega prevista para el 30 de agosto, y el 27 de agosto recibí una comunicación de la empresa de transporte indicándome que el pedido se había devuelto al remitente. Pregunté a la empresa de transporte y me comentaron que el envío se devolvió al remitente debido a un error en la creación de la etiqueta, y que debía de ponerme en contacto con el remitente para obtener más información. He intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos por medio de un formulario web varias veces y no han respondido, y tampoco responden al chat cuando te pasan con un agente y les doy el número de pedido. Hoy he vuelto a escribir a través del formulario web y espero que tomen en consideración los esfuerzos que debo hacer para tratar de aclarar una información que he pedido varias ocasiones y no se me ha facilitado, información que tengo derecho a conocer como consumidor. Ha transcurrido casi un mes desde la fecha de la compra y no puedo esperar más tiempo para conocer su respuesta. Gracias

JOSEPH at Aylesbury branch was excellent, his customer service was exceptional. Has a special quality to deal with the kids. Waiting time was quite short and my kid left with a smile.

Clarks Aberdeen, Union Square - Possibly the worst retail experience I have had! Certainly the worst in person retail experience in recent memory. 4 shop assistants behind the desk, chatting, charging phones, looking at phones, paying little or no attention to customers. In a shoe shop, where assistance is always going to be needed both to get shoes to try on and to check fit. Asked for assistance but it was like pulling teeth - assistant brought one pair of shoes then went back behind desk with colleagues. Kept having to ask. Repeatedly. Witnessed numerous other customers receiving the same (lack of) treatment. Honestly, if it was not for the quality of Clarks shoes I would never choose to shop here again and I can't believe Clarks employ these disinterested, rude people in their Aberdeen store. If customer service is not your thing, don't work in retail! Thankfully in every other shop in Union Square, the customer service experience was excellent. Just Clarks staff letting the side down....
Update 11/08/25: Thanks Clarks HQ for your speedy response. I recommend you look at your in-store CCTV from yesterday afternoon to understand your staff's behaviour - there is more than a bit of training and support required to do your reputation for quality products justice. When customers have so much choice nearby, they may quite rightly opt for somewhere with cheery, helpful staff who enjoy customer service. Yours certainly didn't seem to appreciate how lucky they are to work for an established, reputable business and I can only imagine that their conduct will affect your sales in Aberdeen.

È arrivato con un evidente difetto. Ho scritto per effettuare il cambio e ricevere lo stesso articolo allo stesso prezzo acquistato. Peccato che il prezzo nei giorni successivi è aumentato e avrei dovuto riacquistare il prodotto ad un prezzo maggiorato.
La risposta dal servizio clienti è stata che le politiche non consentono una sostituzione.
Se il prodotto è arrivato difettoso non devo certo pagarne io cliente.
Da una azienda come Clark’s mi aspetto qualcosa di meglio.

Aggiorno che ovviamente il venir incontro di clarks è stato un semplice rimborso.
Così ho provato con un’altra tipologia di scarpa “aldwin Limit” . Ho fatto l’ordine tramite Amazon è il primo paio di scarpe è arrivato con un difetto evidente sulla parte frontale della scarpa destra con foto attestante. Abbiamo provato ad effettuare un secondo ordine e questa volta è arrivata una scarpa perfettamente lucidata che appena provata ha subito manifestato i segni di usura sempre tutto acquistato con foto. Penso che non comprerò più una scarpa Clark’s

Les chaussures présentent un défaut. Malgré une utilisation limitée, le tissu intérieur est largement percé au niveau du talon.

Contactée à plusieurs reprises, l'entreprise ne respecte pas la législation et ignore la garantie légale de conformité.

Gave are really good advice on the shoes and helped us get the right sizes
