I purchased my piece on the Queen Anne.
The gallery manager Sam and his wife Gemma were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

It was doing well until a painting I purchased on board the QM2, which I was assured any issues would be sorted before I picked it up at the Lichfield gallery.
When I went to pick it up a very professional member of your staff unwrapped it for inspection, for both our sakes. How fortunate Gill was so professional. The mistakes had not been rectified. Over a week later still waiting to hear if it is ready for collection.
Not good enough.

This is my 3rd collection ordered from Clarendon Fine Art. Always top quality products and customer service. Delivery is prompt and arrives exactly when it’s been arranged for. Order arrived in 2 days of ordering. One piece had a tiny defect to the frame and Clarendon dealt with the issue promptly and arranged for it to be replaced within days by Clarendon drivers who were very professional. Rena dealt with the whole issue and even threw in a cold bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience.. thanks so much Rena for a top quality service as always!!! ❤️

From beginning to end, my experience buying my 2 pieces of Artwork was seamless and a real pleasure. Without doubt; I will use Clarendon again. Their packaging of the Artwork was superb and the security of delivery was outstanding.

Matilda was extremely friendly and helpful. We saw the picture we wanted in previews she sent to us and we are very happy with the artwork now it has arrived.
