I bought 2 paintings on Explora 2, one was on Explora 1 at the time. The selling staff were friendly and helpful. The paintings ultimately arrived in Australia ahead of schedule. They were extraordinarily safely packed in a constructed wooden box. They arrived in perfect condition. I’m delighted with my purchase.

Item arrived damaged despite the packaging being in tact. Then had no reply when asking to return it. The issue remains unresolved.
