Broke two pictures, one valuable. Needed re-glazing so they took them away and we have not heard from them since.

Terrible Experience- Avoid This Company!
While the movers themselves were polite, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. During the move, my bed and wardrobe were damaged. I understand that accidents happen, but what truly matters is how a company handles the aftermath.
The movers assured me that they would inform the owner, Adam and that a resolution would be found. However, it remains unclear whether they actually did, or if Adam simply chose to ignore the issue. Based on how things have played out, I strongly believe it's the latter.
Adam has refused to take any responsibility for the damage (he just ignored me), leaving me with no other option but to take legal action.
If you're considering this company for your move, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself in the same frustrating situation.

Flexibility and Window removals
We lived in a second floor flat in London with four sets of increasingly narrow stair. During 11 years we'd accumulated a lot of stuff. Clapham Removals were instantly in favour of our suggestion of moving out of the window and hired a hoist. The team were cheerful, super professional in packing and dismantling and fast in all they did. The window move went smoothly as did replacing it so expertly that no one would know what had happened.
They moved us into our new home placing things exactly where we wanted.
Cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent service from a top team.
