Scotweb CLAN Omdömen

This morning my hostess skirt arrived. It is simply a SHOWSTOPPER! Even more impressive is that it fits me PERFECTLY! ( I was worried about this as I have an unusual body shape).
The patience, the professionalism and skill used in the making of this item shows through in the way it hangs, the quality of the material and the way the tartan pattern is aligned.
THANKYOU ALL for making what I hoped would be nice into a TOTALLY STUNNING skirt!

I had this stole made to wear at my wedding. It is thin, not soft, and doesn't drape to the point where is feels like I'm wearing a tablecloth over my shoulders. Definitely not luxurious.
A lot of money for something which will essentially end up being draped over the back of a chair. Hugely disappointed.

Let me down ~3 weeks from my wedding by telling me my custom tartan would no longer be ready in time, despite ordering more than 2 months in advance.

If you have an important date you need something for, don't buy from these guys!

Staff replied promptly to my queries, and my order was delivered in good condition within a short time

Outstanding customer service (again). They were flexible and responsive to my request, which is par for the course at the website. I have been ordering items since 2007, and I have never had a bad experience. The one time I had a question, the person on the other end of the phone was very patient and very helpful.

prompt and factual customer service. They are definitely on top of things. Very confident to do business with them.

I just want to thank everyone at clan.com they have went above and beyond. I had a pre wedding photoshoot and needed my stole quite quickly they got that out for me for next day delivery! I highly recommend.

When I contacted Scotweb CLAN, I received a reply from a lady named Hazel. he was incredibly helpful and very honest regarding the actual cost. If I were to go with my first choice for a tartan necktie. Which would have necessitated paying for a whole bolt of cloth. On her own initiative, she consulted with a colleague. Who was a tartan expert and found an alternative. Absolutely FANTASTIC!

The experience was incredible. The delivery time was accurate, and the quality of the material is paramount; everything was as indicated. I had concerns about the shipping because I'm in Costa Rica; that didn't stop me from fulfilling the specifications; it's extraordinary. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Richard Phillips

I'm in Australia and ordered a kilt for my husband's 50th birthday. I mentioned that I was a bit stressed about whether it would arrive on time, - they absolutely made sure it did - it was early! The service is excellent, and they were so patient with all of my enquires. My husband (and the whole family loved it!). The material is clearly top quality and the craftsmanship exceptional. It will be a treasured heirloom. Thank you so much!

Ordered 3 clan crest plaques. Received them within 8 days. Top quality and made with care and attention. Info about clan on reverse and well packaged.

Highly recommended.

I've been wearing ghilles for 30 years and never had a comfortable fit. I have a wide foot and could never find a wide ghille, until recently. I found a wide shoe on their website, ordered a pair, and two weeks later they arrived at my house...all the way from Scotland. They fit perfectly. I can finally wear ghille brogues in comfort.

Scotweb clan.com communicated promptly and clearly to alleviate customs issues, and ensure fast delivery. The beautiful products were as ordered. Great artistry, craftmanship and materials used.

Excellent answers to inquiries. Very nice and helpful!

My experience with clan.com was great, they have a wonderful staff that's been in touch with me every step of the way, from ordering to delivery! They reply back to your emails very quickly! They did an awesome Job on my kilt! Very beautiful!. I highly recommend clan.com for all your needs! I can say I trust them 100% and they are the only company I will do business with

Absolutely brilliant service - custom tartan fabric ordered at short notice for a funeral - arrived on time and lovely quality. Can highly recommend!

Very good service all round, product as described and very quick response to a minor enquiry.

Best item in my wardrobe. I ordered a custom-measurement mini kilt for delivery, and even though I made a mistake with my measurements, Stewart was quick to respond to my request to amend the measurements. Item was delivered as described, superb quality, I am sure this will last years and years of wear. Cannot recommend the quality and attention to detail enough, from the construction, materials, stitching and accessories - top!

We ordered a handful of clan-related items to be delivered to the Netherlands for a wedding. However, Royal Mail failed to deliver completely. The team at clan.com did all they could, as fast as possible via DHL, to deliver the items to us in a second delivery, without extra costs, and everything arrived just on time. I can't imagine a better service! The communication and commitment was perfect.

After two months and a half they still haven't send my item. It's a fraud! They always apologize for the delay but they never send the item! LIARS, Stay away, they stole my money
