Claire-Louise Consultancy is an independent, professional organisation, founded by Claire-Louise.   Claire has over 25 years experience in the property industry, and proudly achieved a 2:1 degree with honors in property managment & investment back in 2008 whilst in senior management of running a shopping centre. ​Claire is a qualified domestic legionella risk assessor and qualified level 3 domestic energy assessor - Claire is the one we send up the ladder to inspect lofts and and get covered in cobwebs!  ​We are a member of PropertyMark Inventories- who sets the industry standard, Claire is ARLA trained and is always on a mission to understand the industry's standards and core legislative changes. Her tenacious drive ensures we excel in our field and equip our clients with high-calibre reporting and thus, confidence that our reports will protect their asset.
