Excellent and professional

I have sold 2 houses in total with Anthony Jones Property, the professionalism and efficiency from Tony Dobbins and his team has been fantastic. Their online app and Sales Progression service meant that despite selling both houses whilst living out of the area the process was easy and seamless and they took good care of each empty property until it was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you Tony, Anna, Demi and all the team from Margaret and Tony

From the first meeting of Tony and his…

From the first meeting of Tony and his team, I was super impressed. They handled the sale of my house with professionalism beyond any of my previous selling experiences.
I really liked the sales progression team and app. It really helped you understand where up you were in the process. Having a named individual who dealt with the progression eased what can otherwise be a very stressful process. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed from pillar to post which can sometimes happen.
I would highly recommend the team.

Excellent and professional service

Excellent process with Tony and the Darlington team for the purchase of my house. From showing me properties in which I was interested to facilitating the agreement of sale, Tony was superb. The timeline was as swift as could hoped for and from the date of the Sale agreement to moving in was slightly less than 8 weeks! Anthony Jones also provided the services of a Sales Progression firm, Emma, who was also great and incredibly efficient at dealing with all queries between the vendors and me. When it came to contract exchange and key handover Tony met me at the property and ensured all was good, which I felt was a nice touch, rather than expecting me to collect them from the office. All round a great job and I would thoroughly recommend both Tony and Emma.

Great team

Great team. Very pleased with valuation from Tony in Darlington and after a discussion to instruct he immediately got his team to visit the property. From this visit they were in touch with a buyer straight away who viewed within hours and offered immediately. We are now, only 5 weeks down the line, expecting exchange of contracts. Highly recommended. Ian and Sue
