Good service
Submission of the claim was simple. It is fairly easy to add children to the claim.
I am currently towards the end of the process, which I estimate will take 1.5-2 months.
ClaimBee managed to secure and transfer most of the money.
Strong points:
- easy claim submission even for families with multiple members
- constant feedback and notifications
- easy money transfer: within the same day or the next day after the banking details are provided

Niste profesioniști! La inceput am crezut ca nu e real, tocmai de aia nici nu am luat in considerare emailurile si nici nu m am ocupat de problema. In schimb, s-a ocupat soțul meu si dupa aproximativ o luna am primit banii! Nu mi-a venit să cred!

I contacted the ClaimBee team after my flight to Marrakesh was significantly delayed, over 3 hours. The process through ClaimBee was very simple: I filled out the online application with the flight details and uploaded the ticket. From there they took care of everything.
I was regularly informed by email about the status of the application, and after 16 days I received 250 euros in compensation, stress-free.
The service was professional, fast and clear. I recommend it to anyone who is entitled to compensation for delayed or canceled flights. Fast, clear and fair!

Recomand cu incredere ClaimBee. Sunt foarte profesioniști. Mie mi-au rezolvat cazul cu rapiditate. Am avut un zbor cu probleme, noi fiind o familie de 4 persoane. Am facut 4 solicitari. Eu cu mama mea cu ClaimBee, sotia cu baiatul nostru cu cei de la Airhelp. Eu am incasat o suma mai mare cu ClaimBee decat sotia mea cu cei de la Airhelp.
