Clae are great company
Always love their products and when I had a question regarding billing they got back to me within 15 minutes even though it was like 11 pm. Shoes will last forever and when the discounts come....they are amazing

It's a wonderful shoe, but......
It's a wonderful shoe, great look, beautiful leather! BUT: Unfortunately, it's too narrow in the front!
My husband took out the insole, but his toes still feel squashed. The shoe is too flat in the toe area and doesn't feel good. We waited to see if size 47 would become available again, but unfortunately it hasn't happened yet! The length of the shoe is actually okay. I also own a pair of Clae sneakers and find the fit to be true to size. That's why we ordered my husband's size and were disappointed. The shoes are too pointed at the front or need more height, so the next size up might have been more suitable. It's a shame, but we'll have to send them back.

Opted to use PayPal installments at checkout, was then duped into making a full payment. Contacted customer services via email immediately to arrange installments or cancel the order, which was ignored and product despatched instead.
Will now be returning item for free for a full refund and will not buy and clae products again
refused immediate refund even though package had not been given to courier. Told I have to wait until package is back from courier?
10 days and counting without a refund. Will now be contacting trading standards and my bank
Had to get the refund from my bank. Clae did not respond to emails properly and tried to lie about my order not being despatched as they were moving warehouse, whereas in reality I had already agreed with them not to despatch the order?
It gets worse, was issued a refund by my bank and Clae have disputed the refund with my bank. I have now asked for an explanation as to why , while I report them to trading standards and the financial ombudsman

As mentioned in our email exchange, because a chargeback was opened via PayPal, we are unable to process your refund directly on our side. At this stage, the case is managed entirely by PayPal, and the outcome of the dispute will be communicated to you directly by them.
If you wish, you can still cancel the chargeback with PayPal — in which case we’d be able to issue the refund immediately. Otherwise, the only option is to wait for PayPal’s resolution.
We truly regret the frustration caused and hope this clarifies the situation.

From 5 starts to zero stars in 4 years
I am a clea customer since last 4 years or even more , i started buying them first from retails stores and the. Directly online , it was always a fine cut and great quality but this last order changed everything for me , the quality is dropped drastically and the shoes does not seems fine anymore , I refunded more than a week ago and have not heard anything yet about the refund , Fingers crossed and I hope they uplift the quality and service again, not sure it the brand is handled by same team or it’s a merger etc…

Soft Leather Perfect Fit Extremely Comfortable
I stumbled onto your brand at Nordstrom buying the Bradley—Blue Shadow then I saw the Bradley—Cactus and loved them finally buying the Monroe Venice—Quarry Leather (Light Blue).
I love the construction and how easy they are to put on. I'm a huge Sneaker Guy and have lots of colors now making CLAE another go-to brand.

Well-made shoes overall. The heel is a little high for me and hits me in the Achilles. Hopefully that part will soften as they break in more. Other than that aspect, I love everything else about them: material, color, width, insole, and tread.

Great shoe, customer service a little slow
The first pair delivered were too small so I had to return them for a larger size and although I had to chase as the process took too long, the new pair and correct size arrived eventually and are really comfortable and a great trainer. This pair fit well are robust
