Excellent quality and service
Excellent quality and service! Stuart went out of his way to get me my item after there was a mix-up with shipping internationally. The quality was great and the ring looked exactly as advertised.

Hi Richie,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can appreciate it's frustrating to order online and it has not arrived quickly enough.
Sorry to hear that it has not arrived with you yet, FedEx issues are beyond our control. I have checked on the tracking and it is stuck in Paris, hopefully it will continue the journey very soon. Courier companies just seem to be overwhelmed with Covid surge as well as Christmas parcels starting to land into the system.
I've just emailed you the tracking number and link again so you can keep an eye on progress.
Hi Richie, Could you update your review when you get a chance, it'd be great to get fair reflection of our service and not a FedEx related delay.
Have a great day and chat soon,
Stuart
