I received my purchase later than…
I received my purchase later than anticipated, but when I reached out to confirm it was on its way. I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Stuart. He was kind and was able to alleviate my concerns about my purchase arriving at some point in the near future. It was a gift for a very special friend so having someone who understood the importance of getting it to them was what made this a great experience. The ring has since arrived and was an amazing gift that created a sparkle in the eyes of the person who received it.
Thank you for making such extraordinary things that touch the hearts of those who are fortunate enough to own them.

I ordered this ring for my boyfriend for Christmas, I was happy with the delivery and tracking and the quality of the ring, however, I ordered a size 10 and received an 11. So I was super disappointed when the ring didn’t fit and had to get it resized.

Problem exchanging
And I like the product. However I have tried contacting the company a couple times in regards to an exchange for size and I have not heard back from anyone. I do not have an email confirmation of my order so I’m kind of stuck on what I need to do right now.
Thank you for reaching out. I would like to clear up that it was in my spam folder. This matter is cleared up. I appreciate the response. Thank you!

Silver service
Apart from delivery issues which was Royal Mail and not the company, the ring measured and chosen was beautiful. So much so that my husband has purchased a further two rings

The silver Claddagh earrings are beautiful
The earrings are lovely. Thank you for the care and artistry that go into them. I ordered five pairs as gifts.
The only small glitch I encountered was that I never received an email confirming my purchase. The earrings arrived in a timely manner, but I had no way of knowing that they would, nor did I have anyway to track them.

Hi Janet, many thanks for your recent order and for also taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you didn't receive the confirmation email as well as the tracking number via email, sometime these end up in Junk or Spam folder. Take care and keep in touch. Wishing you and yours a Happy New Year.
Love it
I absolutely love my 10k rose gold ring. I’ve received many compliments. It’s beautiful! It is true to size and I was able to track the shipping without a problem. I would buy from this company again.

I never received an email confirmation…
I never received an email confirmation on the order or any relevant info to track. The payment however, was processed on my credit card. I have since reached out twice with no response. In today's day and age I wouldn't expect it to be this hard to get in contact with a company that so easily is ready to take your money. This was a Christmas gift as well, so anxiously waiting any response.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the email.
All customers receive and automated email as well as a dispatch notification with tracking number but sometimes they land in 'Junk' mail or the 'Promotions' tab of the inbox so don't get noticed.
I can confirm that your order was sent out the follow day and looking at the tracking, should be with you in the coming days. Here is the tracking number: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/History?item=LX339348165IE
Also, upon checking the system, I have only received one email from you which was replied to immediately but again, may have landed in Junk mail.
We enjoy working very hard for all of our customers to ensure they're happy and 100% satisfied and are always trying to improve our products and system and welcome feedback.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance at this time.
Again, thanks for your business and wishing you and yours a lovely Christmas and New Year.
