First, i thank God for helping me pass the challenge. Secondly, the strict rules you have helped me improve alot on my risk management. I was able to keep drawdown at lest than 1% after a long time of struggling with risk management. You also have very responsive and helpful customer service. Keep up the good job!

Low Profit Target and Easy Withdrawal
One step challenge only has 8% profit target
Also, if we withdraw the profit from one step challenge in most firms, only the remaining buffer will be our Max Drawdown but in CTI it's not like that.

Hi
Since 3 months everything was good until now. Same trading style same strategy and same risk per trade. I didn’t change anything since 3 months. Right now 4 th payout denied.
Using extremely high cumulative risk on a single trade idea.
Stacking multiple positions on the same setup, resulting in excessive total exposure.
Risking the majority of the allowable drawdown within a single trade idea.
Engaging in trading behavior inconsistent with sustainable risk management.
Still i have 2 accounts 10 k but i will close them by myself soon and move to another prop firm . CTI what happend to you ?

brand-new, soothing to eyes & user friendly dashboard
As soon as I created an account with City Traders Imperium | CTI. I was really impressed by kind of dashboard it has. Totally brand-new, soothing to eyes & user friendly. I really liked their wallet features within the dashboard & account stats are easy to understand. I traded their 25k-1 Step account in the past, but I could not pass it because of my trading. I changed my mind after thier polite reply.
UPDATE:
After their polite reply with no lies and I confirms thatvwhat they said exactly what happened. Might be I took a wrong decision with them.
I will not join them but I will give them 5 stars . Good luck and hope them brilliant future. Thanks CTI !!.
Past 5 years I only had issue with 2 CFD prop firms: 1- cloed fundingtalent , after passing eval they said excuse of copy trading and offer restart. Immediately I requested refund and they done refund.
2- CTI , I bought 2.5K challenge to test them then found out it is one fase and drawdown is trailing not static.
However I passed it and they requsted verification to upgrade , after verification they emailed me with account breach and offered free retry.
Everyday back and forth new fake execuses.
Finally I came to conclussion they are unhonest and they care only for bad reviews to be removed.
If you do not believe me try and give them your money.
They are biggest scam prop firm .

We offered you multiple options previously and give you multiple options to satisfy you as we are usually do with our clients but you rejected all of them.
The first option, We gave you a retrial account to trade with a proper risk percentage as your risk exceeded the 5.78% per trade, The reason behind this option was clarified well.

Regarding the Verification, We informed you that the verification delayed as you used more than one device while completing it, and this was pending to manual review, From our side we already reviewed it in less than an hour and verified your account completely.

Also, I provided you with my personal discord user to contact me whenever you need any support and I will assist you immediately.
The Second option, We offered you to pass your account as an exception to the next level and that we were ready to upgrade the account as you want but even here you rejected that as shown below.

My experience with Citytraders was very…
My experience with Citytraders was very disappointing. They rejected my challenge without any valid reason and kept making excuses that did not match the real trading data. My losses never reached the levels they claimed, yet they still marked the account as breached.
I want with higher lot sizes trade but not allow , but instead of respecting different trading styles, City traders used it as a reason to fail the account. Their spreads also fluctuate heavily, which creates unnecessary losses and makes it harder to trade properly.
In my opinion, they are not fair with traders and look for reasons to disqualify accounts.
The haa one rules without Sl Trading they close the position in one time not always open tow position buy and sell. That is so funny 😁. I don't believe this platform don't waste your time all traders here

Following a full compliance review of your account (Account #2285688) we found that the account failed due to reaching the Maximum Drawdown limit.
As communicated with you earlier in the mail, The account reached the drawdown limit.

Those losses are caused by opening the trades without setting a Stop-Loss that leads the trades to be closed automatically after one minute of initiating it to save the trader's account and CTI's capital from any excessive loss.

Regarding the option to open a buy and a sell position at the same time on the same instrument (Hedging).
