Scammers
Scammers, will hide hidden rules and not be able to advise you why you failed. If you pass too quickly. If you detail you trading they will find a technical reasons to fail you. Using a phone and laptop. They don't want good traders they just want to take your money with loop holes. Just find another company. Wasted months. Remember guys don't use a phone or a back up laptop when the power goes out. What a joke.
Yes do not use a VPN like everybody does these days. And don't use a backup laptop when the power goes down.
They find any loop hole to fail you . So you get upset and if you use a swear word they then terminate your account. If a company doesn't allow you to have a back up laptop and phone with a PC and then complain about you protecting there capital from having said back ups. Step one was done via VPN but that was no issue, it's only when you pass will they fail you but you have already failed before you start. They just take your money despite clearly passing. Full transparency I had a extra backup system if the internet and power went out and they failed me over it.
This place is a joke. Now they post my ip address around the internet. This is why we do use VPNs company's security and lack of basic computer security is shocking. Was about to hit profit target again but now failed me for another reason.
Scammers stay away. Go to a place where you can use a back up laptop with a VPN. So worried about what, people passing. This is fraud.
And if you leave a honest correct review they terminate your account too. So any person trying to get there money out can't speak out lol.

Regarding the Allegation of “Scamming”
We want to address this directly: CTI is not a scam company, nor do we “hide rules” or manufacture reasons to fail traders.
All rules—including device limitations—are publicly available, easily accessible, and applied equally to every trader for security and integrity purposes.
Your review states that we “cannot advise why you failed,” yet we provided you with:
A detailed explanation of the violations
The exact policies breached
Screenshots of the device logs showing the detected activity
This is the opposite of what scam operations do. We are fully transparent.
Additional Context
Despite the violations, we still issued you a retrial account as a gesture of goodwill.
However, due to repeated use of abusive and inappropriate language towards our staff (shown in the link below), we were ultimately required to permanently ban your account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Enfin, après beaucoup d'efforts et sacrifices, les hauts et les bas, je viens finalement de terminer la deuxième phase (phase de vérification) de mon processus d'évaluation.
J'en profite ainsi pour exprimer mes sincères remerciements à l'équipe support CTI qui m'a apporté une assistance très appréciable pour finaliser mon processus de vérification KYC qui me semblait frustrante à première vue. Après un long échange des mails avec des explications très bien détaillées pas à pas, j'ai fini par comprendre ce qui posait problème et j'ai dû soumettre les documents dans l'ordre qu'il fallait afin de faciliter au logiciel vérificateur son processus de vérification automatisée, et finalement, tout s'est très bien passé et j'ai aussi aussitôt reçu mes nouveaux identifiants pour mon compte financé.

The prop firm challenges are straight-forward and fees are reasonable. I have passed my first phase and working on 2nd phase. I am yet to review, how conditions work under funded account and ultimately how their payout behavior comes out.

In personal opinion, I believe CTI is a very transparent and honest propfirm. They have been in continuous communication with me throughout my experience, even with basic questions that I may asked that can be found on the site. Most propfirms would not be so dedicated if they were not for traders.
