They have weird rules..
First of all you have to make 10% in phase 1, where as with other companies it is 8%... yet after making 10% , the profit and net elible profit is different... then gou have to make another 1 or 2% extra.. so complex structure to deal with...

One-Step Challenge
Requires achieving an 8% profit target to become funded.

You may choose the program that best aligns with your trading strategy and preferences.

In relation to customer service its…
In relation to customer service its 11/10. After having spent a while going back and forth with Shimaa, I have found the accuracy of answer to my questions has been spot on, if not for going the extra mile. Response time has been very quick and the overall customer service provided has been excellent. I can happily say over the 7 prop firms I am working with, CTI are in the top 2 if not the number 1 for customer support! Exceptional service provided by Shimaa, someone needs a payrise! (Please make sure this goes to senior management and that Shimaa and the customer support team are aware of this, maybe Shimaa can be next in line for the customer support management team).
