Sharing my experience with CityLaila to create awareness for guests, B2B agents, and job seekers.

I worked with the company handling UAE and international travel operations, supporting both B2B and B2C clients with full dedication, including extended support beyond working hours.

After my exit, my pending payment has still not been cleared despite repeated follow-ups with management ( Mr Manish Aarya) with no clear timeline or resolution.

Additionally, during my time there, I observed situations where employees were asked to leave without prior notice and faced issues in receiving their dues. This raises serious concerns about internal processes and employee handling.

Based on my experience:

• Guests and B2B agents – please ensure proper payment clarity, documentation, and accountability before engaging
• Job seekers – strongly advise verifying employment terms, payment timelines, and keeping a backup option before joining

This is shared purely to raise awareness based on my personal experience and observations.

I was in Dubai with my family this week. On Monday we decided that we would like to go to the Museum of the future, but tickets were sold out for the complete week. Then we found Citylaila and contacted them per WhatsApp. They replied immediately very fast and professional, sent us the payment link and we got the tickets per WhatsApp in 5 minutes.
At the beginning we were a little bit suspicious about the website, but at the museum everything went smoothly and on Friday we enjoyed our visit to the museum.
Without Citylaila we would have left Dubai without the possibility to visit it.

Everything was ok, just the Aquaventure tickets didn’t come to the email, there were additional need to write to WhatsApp.

Recently I purchased tickets for Yas Island from Citylaila.
