When you are buying or selling property or land, you will need someone to handle the legal side of your transaction, and conveyancing is the legal term for that transfer of ownership. We are specialists, a conveyancer is usually better value than a solicitor, as we specialise solely in property matters rather than other legal matters.

Sarah and the Team did a great job of helping to sell my parents property. They are professional but very approachable and supportive. I am grateful as this was a difficult experience for me to deal with alone.

Great service.
Jane and the team at Polegate were very friendly. They explained everything in plain english, gave sound advice, and made the sale of my parent’s property as straightforward as possible.
If anyone is looking for a conveyancer then I could recommend Jane and her team.

Conveyancing as it should be
I recently instructed Citrus to help with the sale of my flat. From the outset, I had exactly the type of service I expected from a smaller practice, client focus. attention to detail, regular feedback and support. Particular thanks to Sarah the owner and Jackie who worked on my case.

Professional
Professional, friendly, supportive and with attentive customer service, we highly recommend Sarah and her team at Citrus for delivering beyond our expectations. We have personally instructed Sarah on 4 complex house moves within Kent over the past 20 years, each with different chains requiring delicate navigation to include: probate, housing associations and a troublesome council. Without their years of experience, passion and patience, I am certain that one or two of our purchases/sales would have fallen through. Well done guys, keep up the great work :)
