The process went as smoothly as we could have hoped and we wouldn't use anybody else in future. Thanks again for all your help and advice!

I can’t fault Jackie and Sarah. They both perform their roles perfectly. They are friendly but courteous and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Citrus. Their fees are around the average but the level of service is very high. This was the first time I had sold a house and I was doing it on my own. They made it very easy.

Sarah and the whole team at Citrus Conveyancing have been refreshingly efficient, understanding, friendly and knowledgeable. From the first contact to the completion every aspect of my dealings have been exceptional, I cannot recommend them highly enough! Many companies over promise and under deliver, Citrus were the complete opposite and as a result made the legal process undertaken, despite being complicated at times by others, minimally stressful for us. Thank you all.

Sarah and her team handled a house purchase for us in January 2024. Some of the transaction was not straightforward, since we had been looking for a company purchase, Sarah took this in her stride. Throughout the process we felt that Citrus looked after our interests very well - they are detail orientated, thorough, responsive and overall - a pleasure to work with. My husband and I recommend Citrus Conveyancing. Thank you to Sarah & her team.

Professional, knowlegeable, attentive, reliable & best value service. Have used Citrus for multiple properties over many years, so not just a one-off good experience.
Highly recommended.

The best way to describe Citrus Conveyancing, is to say, 'navigated via a safe pair of hands', the consummate professionals, who deliver the goods with calm, dignity and efficiency. Sarah has handled a large number of property transactions for me, over the past 21 years, and her attention to detail has never faltered. Not surprising then that I still turn to her for conveyancing expertise whenever the need arises, most recently, for a property sale that has completed this year. Thoroughly reliable, totally dedicated and extremely pleasant to deal with. If you want the best, you're in the right place. My 21 year association with Sarah speaks volumes about her ability to do things well. It's not often these days one can offer glowing praise, but I applaud Sarah, Jane and Jackie for their sterling efforts in delivering a tip-top service, that met all my expectations. Superb work from an organisation truly worthy of strong recommendation. Your search for conveyancing services should stop here, since Sarah's standards and commitment are unquestionably 'first class', all the way. They always have been.

I recently moved from East Sussex to Northumberland and Sarah, Jane & Jackie could not have been more helpful. Sarah's knowledge and experience showed through the whole experience. Her calm professional manner was invaluable and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again if I ever move in the future......
