I have used this organisation for…

I have used this organisation for several years now to mail our various titles however due to the amount of subscriber copies not arriving, we decided to add some sleepers to our databases. This resulted in our sleepers not receiving their copies and most recently one receiving their September edition early December !!! I am still awaiting an explanation.

Pretty positive they steal parcels!
I had a parcel worth £300 disappear. First they spent a whole week blaming Hermes... then suddenly claimed they had the parcel back and it would be sent DPD instead. Well suddenly the parcel went missing again never to be located. Funnily enough both Hermes and DPD claimed neither of them had ever seen said parcel. Leading me to believe they create false tracking numbers knowing damn well they've stolen your item.
Disgusting excuse of a company. Lie after lie after lie for a month.

Professional and reliable

I have had a need to use such companies as Citipost for my business on many occasions over the past ten years and I have to say that I always prefer to use Citipost above their competitors. Citipost have always been nothing less than 100% professional when handling my packages. They are very price competitive and on the odd occasion that they have had to contact me with a query they have explained the situation and are totally honest and between us we have always rectified the issue. They come to me with solutions never problems!

I used Citipost for three UK and…

I used Citipost for three UK and international magazine mailing campaigns which involved fulfilment and full distribution of our titles to subscribers and prospects in the UK and worldwide. The customer service was excellent - I was kept up to date on the progress of the job and all copies were received on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Citipost. They are an established, trustworthy business but with the flexibility to be creative with their mailing solutions which is a real bonus.

i was a highly rated eBay seller until i trusted them to deliver my parcels
over £600 worth of goods never arrived at their destination
very poor service bad communication and the accounts department cant have ever had any training in accounts handling

Very poor service

Unless you complain to the person you have ordered from, do not expect any form of communication from the. I agree with some of the reviewers on here in that parcels are conveniently lost (stolen). I doubt that many parcels could be lost. Their generic response on Google says it all really - impersonal and not really bothered. Avoid at all costs. You'll only be disappointed and out of pocket.

They are stealing or dumping ebay packages

Disgusting lack of service and care. Their call centre and managers are bare-face liars and their drivers are stealing or dumping e-bay packages. If you're ordering from the US, make absolutely certain you're not using them, assuming you actually want what you ordered.

Atrocious Service

I am writing to express my dismay and anger at the service; or lack of service, I received from the delivery company ‘citipost’.

Whilst on intensive care my Father thought he was dying, he decided to buy me a diamond ring. He and I chose a ring together (an expensive purchase for us) and purchased it from an American Jeweller through Ebay. The ring was sent and successfully made its journey to the UK until it was handed citipost (Stoke: ref: WNM008871312). This was the last anyone saw of the ring.
When I didn’t receive the ring I contacted the delivery company ciptipost and was informed that the ring had been passed to YODEL. I contacted Yodel and yesterday received a reply saying " I am very sorry but we have not received this physical package in our network. We received a pre-advice on the 15th August 2016 from our client Citipost Mail which has generated a tracking number but this is a paperwork scan only".

I received a refund from eBay; after a period of distress at not knowing what was happening, but what upsets me is the ring was unique and not-replaceable and had been chosen under significant circumstances. It confounds me that an expensive piece of jewellery can simply disappear. I am distressed that the searching for my ring was undertaken by Yodel, and NOT citipost, and if perhaps it had been looked for by citipost, my father would not be as distressed as he is about this situation.

I would very much welcome an explanation!

Used Twice From Ebay GSP

So after buying items from america i soon had the dreaded thought of looking up 13ten when finding out it was this company that would be handling my parcel when it arrives in the UK, well lets just say looking at the reviews i was pretty concerned.

However, I'm not sure who i should be praising WNdirect or 13ten or everyone?

First delivery Took 13 days to arrive from USA to my door, was extremely happy! Second delivery a bit longer of 16 days but still happy.

Tracking info is delayed but, its better than nothing! I found it very reassuring considering it was coming all the way from California.

The Parcel i had was also very fragile and the sender did not pack it properly, just in a normal jiffy bag with some bubble wrap. So Big kudos to everyone who handled my parcel it arrived in one piece!

After looking at one of the review's below i found the way to find which courier would be delivering the parcel at the final stage and it was yodel and got the tracking number , no problems twice with them now... HOWEVER.... It appears either 13ten or WNdirect inform the courier to put on "LEAVE IN SAFE PLACE IF NO ONE HOME " on all parcels, luckily for me i work from home and live in a nice town so isn't a problem for me however i can see for people not as fortunate this can be a huge issue.

First order when it was with Yodel took 48hours to come despite being on a 72 hour timeframe , However second order was also on a 72 hour timeframe however came within 24.

Overall, Very happy and impressed - I'm the kind of person that normally has bad luck! So either they've improved or handle too many parcels.

few words slow . non caring , excuses

i have had to use citipost and other companys through no choice of my own, as its part of the ebay global shipping programme , where i am found as a buyer i am charged a premium and given a very poor slow service

where progress is that slow, and tracking is updated late to try and make the service wndirect provide to the uk receivers of the overseas items somewhat better than it actually is .

everything citipost do and the rest of its shipping partners do is give us a a customer a very poor slow service, where nothing is urgent, as the main aim for them is to save as much money as they all can, but yet as buyers we pay for a premium service or so you would have thought

this is logistics gone mad

i called 13ten to just receive excuses from there staff and advice that when 13ten do get the parcels it may goto yodel which then stick it on a 72 hour delivery slot . Despite item being at 13ten hq which is less than 8 miles from my door ??

what a utter joke .

wish i didnt have to ever have anything todo with citipost here in the uk

More than they deserve - horrendous, hopeless and appaling!

Item per tracking is apparently delivered at 11.29 this morning? Have been in contact and delivery driver assures it's been delivered despite no knock on the door and me working from home havent seen one van pass at the time. Avoid Global shipping programme on ebay, because you are most likely to not even see your item.

They never knock on the door.

I've just gone through my outstanding items on eBay and found that their system reports a parcel as being delivered half an hour ago. Sure enough the parcel is out on the doorstep. I didn't hear any knock on the door, or the drivers vehicle outside, I usually do with other couriers.

Whilst they have never failed to deliver a parcel, my doorstep is not a secure place to leave a parcel. It's wide open to the elements and people walking up and taking the parcel.

Great service, delivered early and tracked all the way!...

I bought an item on eBay from the US and it was delivered via the global shipping programme from Willoughby, OH. It was despatched on 22/11 and was due here o/a 02/12. I wasn't in any rush and tracked the parcel across the US, across to Europe and eventually into the UK this weekend. It was handled by USPS, passed to WN direct and then 13-ten / Citipost for the last leg..... and it landed on my desk at work today, 30/11. Obviously from some of the other reviews, not everyone has had the first class experience I have, but that's why I felt it important to leave a positive review. Everyone who has had a bad experience, unlucky or otherwise will rightly feel the need to rant. On the flip side, I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service and maybe balance up some of the other reviews. Thanks!

Truely shocking service.

My parcel came 5,000 mile from Portland, Oregon without a hiccup until 13-ten got their hands on it. I was tracking it online when suddenly the status changed to “delivered – left safe” on a Friday afternoon, even though I was in all day. I emailed them immediately and they said the driver would be interviewed. That night the package was somehow back in their depot and back out for delivery Saturday. On Saturday it was once again “delivered – left safe” and I emailed again. They refused to conduct a second driver interview as their system showed the parcel had been scanned at my house but said they would escalate the matter.

After a week of chasing and getting no information I complained to a Yodel director.

The information they gave me was very, very different to what 13-ten had told me. Their system showed that my parcel was actually scanned 200 yards from my house.
I found this very suspicious because the very same driver had delivered to me successfully just three weeks earlier and the location of my address was exactly correct on their delivery system.

If 13-ten had insisted upon a second, more stringent, interview with the driver as I requested, I may well have got my parcel.

I shan’t be using eBay’s Global Shipping Program until 13-ten’s involvement ceases.

No problems at all

Placed 4 separate orders on eBay all from USA and all 4 orders arrived in perfect order and in timely fashion. To be honest I was a little concerned from reading other reviews and also the tracking element could have been a little better but on the whole I was very happy with the level of service received. I would certainly use again.

13-Ten Appalling Service. Lost parcel

I ordered an item on EBAY from America. I followed the tracking and it arrived at 13-ten's depot in Bolton on the 9th July. After 8 days I chased up and I was told the parcel was apparently "lost in transit" so effectively "tough" go back and contact the supplier in America as it is not our problem. Surely they have some sort of internal tracking system to show that an item has not been delivered on time. They seem to be totally ineffective because they do not know that they have failed on their service levels and wait for a customer to tell them they have a problem. Then their official line is "It is lost in transit". This means LOST while in their possession. I cannot believe they can continue to claim they offer a reliable delivery service.
