Download sucks, its via some sketchy megaupload site that wants you to buy subscription, otherwise its super slow and you have to download each file separately...

Broken download links. Wasted money as I was ultimately unable to download multiple purchased digital products. A few other digital products I had purchased were stored via a service that set an extremely small “cap” of data to be downloaded, ultimately stopping me from actually downloading and using digital products I had purchased. Contacted support and was told I would be emailed—I never heard anything back. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased the entire Master Bundle and the process of downloading and accessing the resources was so frustrating that I am now seeking other asset packs, poor investment.

i should have checked before i made the payment, shame on me. but all the 1 star reviews are very accurate. they give you two links, one is a dropbox link with a completely different file to the one you paid for, and the MEGA link doesn't work because there is a transfer limit, so you literally cannot download what you pay for lol

if you are reading this, i am happy i was able to save you the ball ache, the prices were too good to be true hhhhh

This is the worst downloading experience I've ever had.
I bought the product and recieved two download links. One leads to an empty Dropbox folder with no files inside. The other link leads to a MEGA folder. The files are there, but I can't download them unless I pay a monthly subscription that costs more than the actual Effects I bought.
Also the "limited time sale" is fake. The timer reset multiple times since I bought it. The timer is also different depending on which device you visit the website on.
The only way for me to get the files I paid for is to download them one by one of MEGA waiting for my daily download limit to reset.

I purchased access to the Master Bundle yesterday, but the experience has been very disappointing.

I was not able to download all content directly after purchase. Today, next day after purchase I discovered that the Dropbox folder is completely empty.
The only alternative offered is downloading via Mega, which requires a paid subscription — something that was not mentioned before purchase and that I do not need or want, obviously, lol.

I also tried to contact support, but received no response. Overall, communication is poor and there is reeeealy smells like scam. (Well, maybe its my fault to not checking the social media comments before making purchase, they all about this)
On top of all this, they are sending automatic emails asking customers to leave a review — so here it is :)

To fellow creators: even 10 dollars is not worth the frustration here. Save your money and your nerves — I cannot recommend this.

Mi dispiace fare questa recensioni negativa ma mi tocca farlo come critica costruttiva. Avevo acquistato il pacchetto "Editing Essential". Il link per scaricare i file erano tramite Mega. La dimensione del file era di 30 gb. Questa dimensione del file mi costringeva a fare l'abbonamento su Mega per avere più spazio e per poter scaricare i file senza problemi, ma io non volevo abbonarmi per parare ancora di più oltre al pacchetto acquistato. Ho chiesto così gentilmente, a Cinematicsfxeffects, di inviarmi i file da scaricare tramite un link Google Drive in modo tale che io potessi scaricare i file senza problemi. Ho mandato diverse email ma non ho mail avuto una risposta..

I purchased the MASTER BUNDLE from cinematicfxeffects.com because they advertised Sound Effects. The bundle had no sound effects at all, and most of the content is useless. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Misleading advertising and a very bad experience — I do not recommend this site.

Don’t let them scam you like they did to me!! Don’t buy it!! You can’t download anything!! It’s a total fraud!!

leider reagiert der support nicht auf meine frage. ich konnte nicht alles runterladen. Anschein steht der downloadlink nur eine begrenzte zeit zur verfügung.

Some VHS fx are a 3 seconds video and more than a gb size. I dont recomend this

Using the master bundle has been a game changer for my editing, so much variety and value for money, I’m so impressed with it !
