I collected my car on Saturday, and the exhaust and emissions warning light came on the second day. I contacted cinch the same day who told me it was safe to drive. The same day, the engine management light came on.
A technician diagnosed a failed glow plug and confirmed the car needs urgent repair. Cinch has been slow to respond, refused to provide a courtesy car and can’t repair for at least a month.
I’ve owned the car less than a week. This has been an extremely disappointing service and a very poor experience. I would actively discourage anyone from using cinch.

I bought a car which one broke down on its first day.

Bought a 19 plate for kuga from cinch. So far so good 🙌 drove to Manchester Airport & back without any problems. Great smooth drive.

The car is fantastic. I had insured and taxed it the night before so arrival at Corby to driving home was a 25 min turnaround. No hard sell on warranties. The guys were great and explained everything.

On arrival at Cinch Corby I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff for a quick and painless handover/paperwork before driving off in my new vehicle.

They had listened to my request to charge my mini before l had to drive back to Newark to make sure l had enough battery life to get home.

I am writing this review to warn potential buyers about the shocking vehicle preparation and lack of basic customer service from Cinch. I purchased a vehicle recently that arrived with extensive, unadvertised cosmetic and structural damage: Multiple Windscreen Cracks: The windscreen has several cracks that were completely omitted from the online listing and "imperfections" view. A cracked windscreen is a major safety hazard and an automatic MOT failure. Severe Paint Splatters: The entire black boot is covered in major white paint splatters. This is incredibly obvious, unsightly cosmetic damage that was totally hidden from me. Despite reaching out to Cinch's support team immediately to rectify this, they have been completely unhelpful and simply do not want to know. They have completely shrugged off responsibility, ignoring their own vehicle quality guarantees and the Consumer Rights Act. Do not trust their vehicle inspection claims. Once they have your money, they disappear and leave you with a damaged, potentially unsafe car.

Smooth experience through the online application and pick up of motor! However….turning up and noticing the key battery was running low wasn’t the best,considering how much a battery actually costs.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from Cinch to think carefully based on my experience.
After purchasing my vehicle, it developed serious faults, including a failed turbo that left it undriveable. I have already paid £678.28 out of my own pocket for one repair, yet I am still trying to get the main issue resolved under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The most frustrating part has been the delays. Three separate garages have now confirmed the same fault, but instead of resolving the issue, Cinch has continued to request further reports and diagnostics. I sent a formal complaint on 9 July, giving a 14-day deadline to resolve the matter, but that deadline passed without a resolution.
Throughout this process I have cooperated fully, making the vehicle available for repeated inspections and providing everything requested. Meanwhile, I have been left without the use of my car, faced ongoing uncertainty, and experienced significant stress.
I appreciate that faults can occur with any used vehicle, but what matters is how a company responds. In my experience, the repeated delays and lack of a timely resolution have been extremely disappointing.
I hope Cinch now resolves this matter promptly without the need for court proceedings. Until then, I cannot recommend my experience with the company.

Went onto the cinch website as heard from a friend who had a positive experience. The whole process from choosing a car applying for finance and receiving delivery of the car took 6 days in total.
I was kept up to date via emails and then text message from the driver when he was en route to deliver.

Today, I traveled from London to Corby on the understanding that the car I had earmarked to drive home later that day would have had a service and any parts or lubricants used are manufacturer approved. I Checked this after discussing with the Kia Head office. Also, are there any deal breakers ie marks or scuffs that are not acceptable.

Arrived at cinch to be told the could provide a list of materials used in the service. This of course could invalidate the 7 year warranty that goes with the car. Also, a noticeable chip on the bonnet of the car.

No flexibility on price given me expected further expenditure. No can do attitude from the team I’m afraid. Very disappointed having travelled all that way ready to transfer £27k to them. No wonder the economy has tanked with this sort of nonsense and rubbish service.

1st class experience from choosing the car to the delivery, Richard the delivery driver kept me in informed about his progress while he was on route. When he arrived he was very professional and informative about the car. He couldn’t do enough for us and was very patient.
