DO NOT BUY!!! I placed an order on December 17 2025 and I received an email saying my machine was "overseas". It's MARCH & I have not received any further updates about my shipment. They are no longer responding to my inquiries via email and I tried calling but their phones do not work.
Do not buy from Ciga Pilates! I placed an order number 22008 on January 3rd, 2026 and I received shipping updates on January 16th stating that my order was shipped. They no longer respond to my inquiries as their support email account is no longer in use.

I recently purchased a Wunda Chair from cigapilates and I couldn’t be happier. The build quality is top-notch—it feels very heavy-duty and doesn't wobble at all, even during more advanced moves. The pedals are perfectly aligned and the spring tension is easy to adjust. It’s the perfect addition to my home gym since it doesn't take up much space.
I ordered a Pilates Reformer from Ciga Pilates, shipped from China to Germany. The stated delivery time was 4–6 weeks, and I received a 20% discount. Communication was good at first, then nothing for 8 weeks.
After I followed up, I was told the item was in transit. Later, after 10 weeks, I was informed that it is stuck in German customs with no clear delivery timeline.
As an alternative, I was offered to buy another reformer (different model, but in stock in Germany) at a discount, deliverable immediately, and recommended to resell it later when the original reformer would arrive. This felt highly unprofessional and questionable.
Overall, a very poor experience with bad communication and handling.
👉 I would strongly advise against buying from this company.

Unfortunately, this shipment was subject to an unexpected customs inspection in Germany, which is outside of our direct control and caused a delay beyond the originally estimated delivery window. That said, we fully acknowledge that our communication during this period did not meet the standard we aim to provide, and for that we take full responsibility.
Regarding the alternative solution we proposed, our intention was to offer a temporary option so that you would not be left without equipment while waiting for the original order to clear customs. We understand, however, that this suggestion did not align with your expectations, and we regret that it came across as unprofessional.

We ordered 8 reformers and never got them. Was promised we would have them multiple times. Demanded tracking and they sent me a BOL. I contacted the shipping company and they ensured me this was fake and a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM CIGAPILATES! We had to reverse charges to get our $$ back. And never received them.

The delay was caused by an issue on our freight forwarder’s side, not because we intended to mislead you in any way.
As soon as we confirmed the shipping company could not deliver as scheduled, we processed a full refund to you immediately.
The BOL we provided was the one given to us by the freight forwarder, and we shared it in good faith. We absolutely do not engage in any type of scam.
We value transparency and have already taken action to avoid this type of logistic issue in the future. If there is anything else we can assist you with, or if you need documentation regarding your refund, I’m here to help.

You requested immediate delivery and a return just 4-5 days after placing your order. We promptly arranged your refund. Is there a problem?
Assembling my new reformer was surprisingly quick, probably took me about an hour total. Everything went together without any major issues which was a relief.
Had to wait two or three weeks for delivery after ordering from the website, which felt longer than it should have. I was pretty annoyed about that wait time. On the plus side, it's not as noisy as I expected during use.
I ordered 3 sets of the V4 reformer for my studio, and after trying them out, I'm loving them! Shipping was quick and straightforward, which was great. So far, everything's working well.
I have a warranty or even just a repair for a broken bed roller. I have gotten no response to my email inquiries regarding how to get this repaired. Very frustrating. The reformer is just one year old.

Paid for a reformer/tower and got a their cheapest ladder barrel. They owe me $3,600 and never responded to my emails. Stay away from this company - cannot be trusted. And watch for their fake reviews and the different names they use on social media to bait you. I purchased an aluminum reformer
I purchased an aluminum reformer. They told me that in a month it would be ready. After two months of waiting, they canceled my order and have never refunded my money. As an excuse they say that the factory has not paid them. It's been 3 months now. They are a scam, I have lost more than 3000 dollars, since it is a company located in China, I can't do anything. They are not from the USA, be very careful.

I honestly have my doubts about being in this industry for so long and not being very familiar with or having ever worked on any of your machines.
But finally I received it and the quality was beyond my expectation. What attracted me most was the responsive customer service and the price. Well, the quality is great and the functionality is perfect.
The Pilates equipment's quality and stability met my expectations. Its versatility has allowed me to diversify my practice. Although I faced some challenges during the assembly, the after-sales team responded promptly. Overall, my shopping experience was very satisfactory.
Conner patiently answered all my questions about the reformer. Although it took 1 week longer than expected, I finally received this wooden reformer and I am very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the device.
