The product looks great, the size of the handle (rope) is perfect, and the feeling to drink with is nice. This is a very good quality product and well made.

Mine has arrived with a missalignment and the customers service was able to send me a new one without any fees. The new one is perfect. Grace, you rock this!

Received this as a Christmas present from my wife.
Today (5 months later) was the first time I used it and it is outstanding.
It will be my go to mug for chugging from now on.

Chuug arrived , opened the box to find a nice draw string Chuug bag with the awesome V3 Chuug inside. Beautiful hand crafted mug , lovely big rope handle that accomodates my quite large hands. I've used the Chuug many times now mainly for hot drinks. I love the way the stainless steel insert unscrews out to clean .I love the Chuug and I would have given it 5 stars but on one occasion the threaded base glued to the stainless insert came off and was left in the base of the mug probably due to the glue turning brittle with having quite a few hot drinks in it. I managed to use some long pliers to twist the plastic thread out of the base (luckily I'd not screwed it in too tight earlier). I re glued the plastic base to the stainless V3 insert using epoxy glue with a heat rating up to 180 degrees and that's sorted it now. It might be worth Chuug using a better heat resistant glue as people that use the mug for hot drinks might suffer the same fate.

Our family has a new of saying we’re having a beer - ‘I’m going to Chuug it’!! Bought one for hubby and he loved it so got one for our son as well, they’re loving them. Quality is outstanding - they look fabulous and they keep your drink cold. Perfection.

A quick note for CANADIANS, duty charges get sent to you from the shipper after thee order gets shipped. Just an FYI.

After discovering these products on Instagram, I was impressed by their appearance and decided to purchase several Chuug tankards as a birthday gift to myself. I placed my order on April 20th and received the items on May 6th, which I consider efficient shipping from the UK to Canada.

Although these tankards are not inexpensive, Canadian customers should note an additional consideration: upon receiving the shipment, Evri, the shipping company, issued a duty claim of $36 CAD. Consequently, each Chuug tankard amounted to approximately $100 CAD inclusive of all charges.

Regarding the Chuug Tankard itself, while it is visually striking and serves as a compelling conversation piece, I observed that the screw-in insert does not align perfectly. This misalignment results in noticeable gaps where liquid can seep through, and the overall finish differs from what is depicted online, which is disappointing.

Otherwise, the product is satisfactory, it does keep your beer cold for a good while, depending on how fast you drink it! :D However, at this price point, precise alignment is expected or some kind of wuality control should be done better.

It is possible some customers may receive tankards with properly aligned stainless inserts; unfortunately, both of mine were misaligned, with one being considerably worse than the other.

I rate these a 4 out of 5 due to alignment issues.

Absolutely lovely and unique tankards. ( I have one dark and the other is a natural finish. ).

I'm on my second Chuug, now owning a V3 which is amazing. I had a Version 1 which was also fantastic.
I had a couple of issues with my Version 1 and when I communicated with Chuug, they couldn't have been more helpful.

An absolute pleasure, really easy and straightforward to navigate/browse to adding to the basket to checking out and receiving your order. I am very happy with my purchase, love the feel and weight and although it’s very lightweight in the hand it still feels a quality item. It’s great to drink out of and I love the choice of personalisation where you can choose your initial, which adds a nice touch.

I messaged the day after ordering to ask if they could accommodate the personalised coin being put on to show for my left handed husband, they replied they could and it has been done perfectly!
Now the item! Craftsmanship at its finest! A beautiful thing, it’s huge and looks very much the part, it’s hefty and feels like it’ll last forever, I’m going to get so many brownie points from my husband with this!
Packaging was to a high standard too.

My order arrived today in incredibly poor condition. The finish is scuffed in places, the monogram is off centre, there are dents and scrapes on the tankard, and the wooden part isn’t level with the metal insert the whole way around. For over £50, and having received an email stating the product passed a quality check before it was shipped, I’m extremely disappointed with the product. I have emailed the company with pictures as proof, but please be careful when purchasing from this company.
