We are moving my mother into bond lodge and are really pleased with the service and help with all aspects of the requirements needed. Sally has been very helpful with everything and also Alison on our first visit.

Welcomed by Gemma, Sales Executive at Mere Lodge, Diss. Gemma was friendly and helpful, and helped us understand our options followed by a tour of some of the available properties.
Gemma gave us all the information we thought we needed and a lot more.

Excellent support and help from the onsite sales staff in particular Martin and Gina as well as others, during opening discussions to reservation fee and finally purchase.

Jean and I had the pleasure recently to visit OTTER LODGE at Honiton where we stayed for three days in the lovely guest suite. We were greeted by the manager Tina and immediately felt like VIP’s soon realising Tina was our very first contact with Churchill some five years ago at Sidford Lodge we were very impressed and later bought into Riverain Lodge Taunton.
Our visit was made really enjoyable with the hospitality received also being involved with a Churchill Living photo shoot for the three days whilst there meeting several friends in our Churchill family all of us enjoying many moments of laughter and happiness.
Our thanks to Tina and staff for making us so welcome to Otter Lodge with memories that will remain for ever.

We moved in to Holyshute Lodge in April and we love being in our new apartment. Everyone has made us feel welcomed. Amanda, the lodge manager is fantastic. She is so approachable,friendly and supportive,a great representative of Churchill Living. It makes such a difference having someone who is cheerful and obviously loves her job. We felt really settled very quickly and happy we made the move to Holyshute Lodge.

I had a lovely chat with Jo the manager at Cavendish Lodge in Glastonbury. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was welcoming and the gardens are beautiful too..

I spent two hours with Jemma at the Churchill site in Diss. She is extremely good at her job. Not only is she very pleasant, well informed and calm, I never felt hurried in any way. I was encouraged to return to continue with our discussion, at any time.
I shall be making an appointment, to revisit the site this week, to verify a few points. She is a definite asset to the Churchill sales team.

Renting an apartment at Engelmann Lodge through Churchills proved to be an exceptionally smooth and rewarding experience from start to finish. From our very first enquiry, looking for an apartment for my 81 year old dad, Maggie and the Churchills team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care and commitment to ensuring everything went seamlessly.

The viewing process was well-organised and informative, with Maggie, taking the time to answer all questions and provide helpful insights about both the property and the surrounding area. Engelmann Lodge itself made a fantastic first impression—newly built, modern, and thoughtfully designed—making it an easy decision for Dad to move forward.

What really stood out throughout the process was Churchills’ attention to detail and proactive communication. The application and referencing stages were handled efficiently, with clear guidance at every step, removing what can often be a stressful part of renting. Any queries we had were addressed promptly, and we always felt supported and kept up to date by Maggie, Ryan and the team.

Dad's move-in day is this week (18th June) and everything has been ready exactly as promised. Dad is very much looking forward to moving into his new apartment and we have piece of mind that he will settle in and become part of a wonderful community at Engelmann Lodge.

Overall, Churchills delivered a rental experience that was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely customer-focused. Their thoughtful approach made the whole process for Dad moving into Engelmann Lodge easy and enjoyable, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and positive lettings partner.

Moving into Engelmann Lodge was the easiest and less stressful than any other move we have done. Flat was ready and the removal company could unload straightaway with someone there to direct where to put the furniture. The Sales Manager, Maggie, gave us a great welcome and provided a nice lunch! We are so grateful for the care and support shown from Maggie, at Churchill’s development Engelmann Lodge, in Saffron Walden.
It has made our mum’s move to a rental apartment much smoother than anticipated, particularly with help negotiating all the forms; the communication between Maggie and the rental team was super, always with a smile, whether face to face, or over the phone.

My mother has recently moved to Thackeray Lodge, Fareham and I have to say that the whole experience was, and is, positive. The help and guidance she received from Churchill prior to the move to the continued assistance she has received from Amanda, lodge manager. Mum has settled really well and loves it there, Amanda seems to be 'superwoman' and really involves herself with the residents, building a strong community and resolves many and varied issues. I can't think of a negative thing to mention. Very happy and satisfied knowing Mum is safe and secure.

I would like to thank Vivien Bartlett for the help that she gave me while I was considering moving into Spitfire Lodge, Portswood, Southampton. She answered all of my questions quickly and accurately, and made the whole decision making easy and enjoyable. She was also delghtful to deal with.

I moved in recently, and have found Spitfire Lodge a most enjoyable place to live. The staff and other residents are helpful, supportive and lovely to talk to.

In view of my excellent experience, I have no hesitation in awarding 5-stars to the staff and residents of Spitfire Lodge.

I have lived in my beautiful apartment for 4+ years. We have a wonderful manager who goes over & above to help. I love living here in Cowbridge & we are just 40 mtrs off the lovely High Street. That's all good. However despite raising concerns on 2 occasions over the lack of security & the possibility of installing CCTV. I have got nowhere. I have recently spoken to a person smoking drugs in the car park, we have had a person exercising his dog in our garden, a vagrant bunked down in the buggy shed. A flyer came through the door 2 weeks ago at 8am, which begs the question how did they get in. We hVe several residents with ongoing dementia. If they wander out we will never know where they are if we can't view when they left the building. I could go on. So Churchill. When you build apartments especially for elderly residents, wouldn't your first priority be for their safety. We sadly don't live in the world I grew up in.

I moved into bourne lodge in December 2025.
The move went very well and the services of Britannia were excellent the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.
The Churchill staff consisting of lodge manager, barry Sales manager, Lisa maintenance Staff consisting of Tony Davis Matt and his colleague are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with nothing too much trouble is am really pleased i have moved here, however, I have two issues which I feel interested possible residents should know.
Car parking is not really catered for and out of 33 flats there are only 13 possible places on a first come first served basis with no allotted car parking space for each apartment and it is suggested that parking permits are purchased from local authority for possible off site parking.
Also, the kitchen sink unit is cheap and nasty quality and difficult to keep clean.
Considering the price of the apartments which is not cheap, i find this disappointing.

Visited Mere Lodge and wanted to say how kind and compassionate Gemma is. An absolute bonus for Churchill to have Gemma on board.

Once Churchills have got your money they don’t care.
Even remedial work which should have been in the construction budget is charged to the owners maintenance budget.
Any items such as kettles and tea pots cannot be bought with petty cash through Amazon, they have to be bought through approved suppliers at, at least 2X the price

Cleaves lodge have been amazing Alison has been so supportive helpful and understanding cannot fault her
