Would never have churchers help again .
They haven't kept me informed at all, the only time they talk to me is when I phone them or go into there office.
I phoned 1 Monday morning about 9.30 and it took them 4 WEEKS to answer my call. Very disappointed and upset with the hole experience
Moving all on my own is scary enough so it would have been more pleasant if they talked to me more it's only now they seem to be listening as it's near completion time and I have told them that I my loose my flat if it's not completed as soon as. It's been 5 months or more.

We do understand that moving house, matrimonial breakdowns and times of dealing with a bereavement can be the most stressful times in ones life and we try to support client during these difficult times.
When you initially instructed us, we indicated that the process would take at least three months, possibly slightly longer, due to its complexity. We have achieved those time estimates. We required information that you were unable to provide. This delayed progressing your matter initially and we tried our best to keep you updated, such as making time for you when you came to the office unannounced. We have communicated with you at each important stage of your sale and purchase. I would be grateful if you could contact me to discuss how we can improve our service.
