Hello. I recently bought a spacer ring on Chromeworld.jp. Good price & good customer service. I had some doubts about the autenticity of the products. Well, the one I received looks good to me. I had another spacer ring to buy after the first one. I wanted to know if the size I had chosen would match with the finger I had chosen.It was OK. Unfortunately, and I don't know why, when I returned to Chromeworld.jp impossible to proceed with the payment of my new and second Spacer ring! I tried for several days and nothing helped! Unable to pay!!! Unfortunately or fortunately (I'll let you choose) I had to turn to another seller in North America. Honestly, the two spacers look the same, like two drops of water! Chromeword.jp will ship you in a box, a very neat case or your chosen product will be well protected. Also and despite the covid19 pandemic, the shipment was a little longer to receive but it went well. Competitive price and quality service too. As is noted the politeness and professionalism of the customer service. As far as I'm concerned, and only as far as I'm concerned, my experience with Chromeworld.jp is not bad at all.Positive experience!

I recently purchased a chrome hearts belt from this website first I trusted this website but as soon as I got the belt I realized something was off and I realized the button on the buckle side didn’t have engraving also the leather engraving on the belt didn’t have dots between USA and the picture that they used is from a rep seller and I contacted mr yori several times claiming that the item was a fake and even provided all the comparing pictures as well yet he just repeats that the items they they sell are real and refusing to giving me a refund and I contacted them after 10mins of receiving item+ plus when I pointed out about the odd things on the belt they said it’s just a design change and they bought the belt a year ago from a chrome hearts store but I found a rep seller who has been selling the same belt for the last 3years and the belt was identical to what I’ve received no engraving on the button no dots between the leather engraving and even the font of the dagger was exactly same and I don’t think that’s a design change also I have a unboxing video of the product as well so there should be no reason to not to issue me a refund if they are worrying about swapping the item they can just compare it with my video

Shopping experience is good and customer services overall can get back regularly within 1-2 days. Courier services a little bit late cause of COV19 is running hot at JP but is acceptable.

Two weeks ago I wrote here telling you my good experience with 3 separate purchases of rings and a t-shirt from Chrome World. I also gave some reasons why I don't think they are selling fake products. With over 130 views and nobody found it useful, I removed my comments. You use your own judgment.

The customer service was really fast, and prompt. I had brought Chrome Hearts in the U.S, but did not get the exact service I got from the JP website. The quality is much better than the one I brought in California.

The product I received took was exactly what I was expecting and very high quality.

The product they sale are fake!! Please don’t make any purchase with them. They don’t even have the price guarantee. I live in Vegas. I went to the actual store to buy the same ring same size. First of all, compare with the price, in the store is cheaper than this website. Most important thing is, the item the sale are FAKE!!! I have all the picture and receipt can approve this. I contact with them to try the get refund, but they just keep say they don’t sale fake item. Please do not believe them!! Don’t but chrome heart with the website! They are fake!! Don’t waste your money!!!
