They won’t give me a refund and ignore all emails

I think finding another source for all my birthday gifts won't be easy and maybe I don't even need it as Chrome World has served me well throughout all these years!

For this kind of money, I don't think it was a wrong decision to get the jewelry as you probably won't be getting any cheaper or better offers elsewhere.

Had to contact them twice for a late delivery but they came through at the end.. apparently due to the recent events in the middle-east, the shipping is delayed.. not a biggie. Thanks tho.

The service and the product have been both fantastic, thanks again.

One thing I'd like to point out is that they do take extra measures to not mark the parcels as valuable as tons of packages are going lost in the US so that's a good thing, but the current box it's shipped in might be a little fragile.. mine was slightly damaged, thankfully the product didn't have any scratches.

Was definitely more than I expected this to be.. loved the gift wrapping and the box too... didn't need to repack it as everything was already ready to go. THANKS

Chrome World is definitely putting their customers interest first. Our order was lost in transit and they could see that we didn't received it for whatever reason and a replacement item was sent with express shipping. Got it just 3 days later and couldn't be happier. Well worth the investment.

This review could have been 5 stars but since they missed the delivery date almost a week I have to downgrade a star. The necklace itself was nice.
