Very helpful with replacing shirts I ordered too small.

Crisraw was willing to correct a mistake I had made! Great experience, I will be ordering their wonderful shirts again!

They have a great selection, I do love their shirts, the designs speak to me in real way. I'd give them more stars if I could!

These shirts are amazing lightly wonderfully made and beautiful designs. I ordered the wrong size and customer service completely took care of me sending me the correct shirt that no cost to me really impressed with this business.

This is a very responsive customer service operation. I received the shirt I ordered, and it is indeed lovely. However, it is the wrong size. I e-mailed the company and they immediately replied and will send me the correct size. I appreciate the fast and organized service and await the shirt I purchased for a Christmas present. I just love the pattern.

I purchased three shirts from Chrisraw because I love the designs and love the style of shirt. I made my purchase and after receiving them I realized that the shirts run smaller than what I thought I needed. I emailed them and Gina promptly got back to me with a simple request for information about the sizing and after that they have agreed to replace the shirts with a size I can wear. Very good customer service and ease of communication.

Beautiful shirt but the sizes are off. The sizing guide does not reflect the actual shirt sizes.
Per the guide a large bust is 47.2. However the actual shirt the bust was just under 44 inches.
We had the same issue with the xl being about a size off. I worked for a taylor and used a proper measuring tape. Order larger.
The company will not take a return for the size being off.

These run small. The size guide is not correct. I took very careful measurements for my sister. (It is better to have someone else measure you) With a proper tape measure that had belonged to my mom, who had been a dress maker before she passed last year. We ordered 2 shirts. One for me and one for her with mine a size bigger based on my actual measurements. My shirt should have fit, with a small bit of room. When we got the shirts and tried them on we were both disappointed. The larger size was too small for her. We can't send them back as the company will not allow a retun for size. They are well made shirts. But the size guide is off.

I love the style and patterns available, I get lots of compliments on the shirts I've gotten and they feel great. Best of all is their customer service, I made a mistake on my order and after I told them about it they got on taking care of it right away!

Customer service was prompt and accommodated my request right away. Communication was clear. I appreciated the way my exchange was handled.

Absolutely terrible company. Do not buy! They will force you to write a positive review before doing any customer service and then bait and switch your item in the return. I ordered an octopus sweatshirt and when it arrived the sizing didn’t match their published sizing. I tried to return or exchange it. Only after posting a positive review did they agree to send an exchange. Then when I got the new sweatshirt it was a completely different product! It was a cheap POS shirt that was clearly shipped just for the tracking to make it difficult to dispute the charge. They are a scam and the quality of their products is terrible. DO NOT BUY.

I received my order but unfortunately the shirt was a bit tight across the chest, I fall in the between measurements of medium and large. Contacted customer service and they said that they would gladly send a replacement in size large. Couldn’t ask for better service. This was my second order and I’m happy with the products I’ve received.

I ordered two shirts for my son for his trip to Hawaii. Somehow I ordered the women's size, not the men's.
The company was nice to say it would send me the correct sized shirts at no cost. That's good customer service!
The shirts are really nice; I know my son will love them, perfect for Hawaii.

What a great experience! I may a mistake and ordered a style that didn’t match my normal appearance but CHRISRAW made it easy and sent me a replacement that was a better fit for me and told me to keep/gift the original order……the WOW your customer was full on by their team……..THANK YOU!

I ordered a medium and it was too small for my husband. I reached out to Customer Service and I received a response quickly! They asked that I measure the shirt and make sure it was not a product defect, and they responded quickly stating they would exchange our shirt for free! Highly recommend! Service is top notch!

Good experience. The item I ordered arrived promptly. There was one small challenge and Gina in customer service was very responsive and helpful. They kept their commitment to good service and I appreciate it! I would buy again.

I finally got one to fit. I had ordered 2 Rayon shirts. Both shrunk (about 1 size) after the first wash (cold water, delicate, hung dry). After dialogue with ChrisRaw, I ordered a larger size, and after the first wash, fits great! The colors and designs are outstanding. Shipping does take long, but well worth the wait.

Chrisraw makes fantastic shirts. They are quality made and brilliantly colored. I cannot say enough about their customer support. They keep the customer informed throughout the process of creation of the shirt to the shipping. They are very responsive to their customers needs. I cannot recommend this company more highly than to give it five stars.

It took a long time to receive an XS shirt that has a 32 inch hip and is practically down to my knees. Do you know any adult women with 32 inch hips? Im tiny size 4 and my hips are 37 inches. The buttonholes are too tight for the buttons. They refuse to refund my $80 (these shirts aren’t cheap). They offer a size S shirt only saying the hip will be “bigger than XS”. How much bigger? I dont trust them. This company sucks and Im out $80. Buyer beware!!!

I was drawn to Chrisraw shirts because of their heritage and vibrant colors. The photos don't do the shirts justice. When I received my shirts, the texture and the color were amazing. Great value. Chrisraw backs it's clothing with a liberal exchange policy.
