I clicked the link to Choose My Car on a whim as I was looking to arrange finance and buy a new vehicle in a very short space of time.
Aidan made the whole process super simple and sent a list of cars for me to look through before advising on the fine print details and experience of the various dealers. I am sure I could have managed without him but it was a huge help to be organised and guided and I have come away with a lovely car after a totally painless process.
Getting home through London with my car was a slightly different story but the car itself was perfect.

Worst Experience ever
I have bought a vehicle which broke down after 4 months, they have dealt with my case in worst way possible and after wasting 3 months rejected the claim.
I disagree entirely with their decision. Choose my car and Oodle finance has completely misinterpreted the independent garage
IVIS report; they quote the phrase 'not developing at point of sale,' but intentionally ignore the fact that the report proves the timing belt was already overdue by age in September 2024—a full year before I bought the van. Selling a vehicle with a vital engine component that is past its absolute maximum manufacturer lifespan is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How unprofessional and unfair they are. They have given warranty as as well the funniest thing is
Warranty company rejected the claim stating the fault was pre existing and choose my car rejected the claim stating it is an developing fault. Both just ran away to take responsibility.
