Excellent chocolate medals
The Chocolate Trading Company has a great range of gifts and prizes. I have ordered these chocolate medals as prizes for a quiz night, and they always go down well! It was easy to order, and the medals were delivered promptly in good condition, in compostable/recyclable packing.

Svar från Chocolate Trading Company
Thank you for your valued feedback.
We're very sorry that despite our prompt and correctly labelled dispatch of your order, DPD couriers failed to deliver it in a timely manner, due to a miss-sorting that occurred at one of their depots.
It is always very frustrating for us and our customers when events take place completely beyond our control.
Our Customer Services team did speak with the customer, apologising on behalf of DPD, for the delay in their delivery, and discussed solutions if the parcel was delivered too late to be presented.
Kind regards
