Poor customer service!
Paid for next day delivery...Customer service blames DPD...they say they never got the parcel until the next day....no explanation or refund offered or an apology....they lost a customer.
ps if there was really a strange emoji ??? in the delivery address then that is down to your IT system glitching as it has been used many times before, it's on your system and has always been correct....ie you had not just "received" it....you blame DPD and they blame you. ...totally hapless confidence destroying behaviour.

We can see our Customer Services team amended your delivery address after spotting it was received with a strange icon / emoji in the addressee fields, but this did not delay the dispatch.

Late delivery
Sadly the chocolates were not delivered on the agreed date. They were a birthday gift. I was very disappointed having paid extra postage. To be fair this was down to DPD. I was not offered any redress by the company. However I did not ask for any.

Very easy company to deal with
Very easy company to deal with. Prices are competitive and the chocolate is really good. I used the dark chocolate to make Easter eggs and was impressed by the results. I have tried other chocolate companies before but always found the texture was not very good when heated. Definitely would recommend.

Quality chocolate
This is my second purchase of gluten free, vegan chocolates from chocolate Trading.
My daughter loves the chocolates - "lush, they are!" With her allergies, it's difficult to find something different, something special. Mocha Truffles fit the bill nicely. Certainly recommend Chocolate Trading, the service is great again and the chocolate is quality. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
