I bought a Reed diffuser from Chloe Jade Home - Powder room iconic , it’s smells amazing, it a light uplifting scent. It was delivered very quickly and very well wrapped. I was sent emails telling ke that it was on its way.

I must be missing something or just got a bad batch. Have persevered now for a week, turning reeds but yet no throw of scent. Have tried in various rooms and nothing unless nose right upto reeds. It’s a pity as the scent is lovely, but as a diffuser it just doesn’t work.

Parcel arrived well packed.Bowl was larger than expected but not a problem.
Glazing had missed a little bit off one of the bubbles but not enough to make me want to return it.
