I will be including my edit to the top, since it reflects my latest experience(s), and feelings about the company.

Originally, I'd written my review with no expectation that I would even get a response, much less a refund for the product I purchased. That's why, at first, my feelings of the company were very bad, and so my initial review very clearly reflects that sentiment.

However, soon after I posted my review, I was contacted by Chisell's customer service team, and I have to say that, after they contacted me, I have nothing but good things to say about the company.

I have to admit that my review was scathing and quite rude - but despite my faults, they prioritized on understanding what my criticisms were, and addressing them and trying to solve them.

I felt like a VIP.

The service and communication was above and beyond.
Not only did they take the time to respond and clarify the situation, but they were also super patient and open minded about my situation. I'm pretty busy, so I sometimes would respond like an entire day later, but they never gave up on me, or ghosted me, either, and I really super appreciate that.

Even though I'm just a single customer, and one whom they can't even make any money off of, they still dedicated so much time and care to making sure of, and making me feel not only satisfied, but speechless with their service.

I really really admire these guys, particularly Olga, the member I communicated with, for that.

There were communicative, and very clear, and efficient with solving my problems and addressing my concerns. (Yes, I got my refund with no hassles at all.)
They were also super receptive regarding my criticisms on their website, information, pros-cons, reviewing features, etc..

I recommend, if you have any questions, to not hesitate in contacting them.
From how they treated me, I really think these guys would be more than happy to help any prospective customers, etcetera.

My experience with this company has been OVERWHELMINGLY positive.

Strange that you can't leave reviews of the product on the site.

Anyway, I feel ripped off.
I should've been more careful in making my purchase, but you can't return it.
Also, it doesn't work.
Maybe if you can use it without hurting yourself, it could work, but you'd have to be able to use it without injury in the first place, for it to work.

That should be one of the first things considered when designing the freaking thing.

I spent like 60 bucks on this thing (v3.0), and it was totally useless. I can't use it without my jaw slipping.
Which, I've never been punched in the jaw before, but I'm pretty sure a few punches in the jaw will lead to the same damn injury.
So if you ever want an easy way to dislocate your jaw, just purchase one of these non-refundable chisell chewables.

The whole thing is weird, it comes in a horrible shipping package, no receipt, just the item.

Anyway, I'm sure this would work, if your jaw doesn't slip.
But I didn't know it would even do that.
They don't tell you either, all the people act like this thing's easy to use like gum.

Oh yeah, and btw, you can't use this thing in public. Unless you have a spittoon with you as an edc (every day carry).
Just putting it in your mouth will make you drool.
Forget chewing, the saliva gets into the pores of the chewable, and you make more saliva. Man, it's a mess.
Just holding in your mouth will create so much saliva.

So, it's small, and it makes your jaws slip -> easy to dislocate in the long term.
It makes you drool incessantly, unpractical/impractical for any sort of casual use.

It's so expensive, the marketing is too impressive.
Also, they don't allow you to even leave reviews. Seems like they only show you the pros, and hide all the cons.
Oh, and I forgot to mention too, that I can't even chew with these things for more than 20 seconds, without gagging and wanting to puke.
And yeah, and btw: huge HUGE choking hazard.
They do warn you of that, but this thing makes you drool and gag and your jaw slips, oh my god, it's a HUGE choking hazard, dude. It's like playing if you were playing frogger, but you are the frog and you are irl on a highway.

Shady method of doing business. I would say it's practically scamming, but that's just my opinion; I'm biased, and disgruntled. They only show you the good, hide the bad sides, and then take your money (over charge you, by that much, do the math, man), and then don't let you refund/return. HAHA. Pretty funny.

Lightly put, 60 bucks for an experience with a not so honest merchant.

Really enjoy the product and the results I was able to receive in the first few weeks. Routinely used the medium bite once a day for 15mins. However; I do have sharper teeth and broke through both. Luckily, their replacement process was seamless so I’m ready to get back on track with jawline exercises. Thanks, Chisell!

By far the best product for growing your masseter (jaw) muscles. Safe to use as youre using your molars to press down and the range of motion is enough to grow and not too high to avoid any potential joint issues. Very well designed. They replace any pair that break from normal use, I personally have never had to order a replacement but knowing the option is there is great peace of mind. Customer service is excellent, my interaction with them via socials has been like I'm speaking to a friend, not just someone who is trying to get me to pay up, very genuine. Can't wait to get their 3.0 model and make more gains! Jawline has always been pretty good but chisell has let me take it to that next level aesthetically. Keep up the great work guys.

I work as a spokesman for a few different brands and I travel around to fitness expos all the time; I get asked about my jawline multiple times during any given event (guys ask if I use jawzercise, etc.) and I’m always sending people to the Chisell website - quality product that delivers real results!

The product does actually work if you are consistent. Follow their prescribed workouts for at least 10 min a day for best results. In addition to that you can chew randomly throughout the day like gum. Chisell is better than JAWZRSIZE because you bite down with your molars and so it does not damage your teeth. The product does break but they do offer free replacements. I think a lot of the breaks are due to biting down on it on the wrong side as it fidgets in your mouth and so I believe the new 3.0 will fix that.

First off, just gotta say I love your product. The burn after the first set alone was all I need to be convinced. I read that it was also helpful to put your tongue at the roof of your mouth (mewing) whilst doing your sets. Total game changer. I bought the competitor’s product many months (starts with J) ago and the experience was awkward if anything. This was fun & effective and truly engages the muscles we all want to enhance. It’s only been a couple weeks and am already ordering the 3.0 models.

***My updated review is still unchanged. Their response wasnt any different than what I was told previously, and honestly was a bit condescending - "its common sense" to drop them in boiling water etc. There are other competitors making the same type of product, so shop around first.***

it seems like a great product at first glance, but its shipped to you with open/unsealed packaging which to me is not hygienic for a product you put into your mouth. After asking about my options to return, I was told I would have to pay the shipping which is international from the US and not worth it considering the original price. If you care about your hygiene/oral health I would not waste money on this product.

Not only does Chisell create reliable products, but their customer service is superb as well. I was super impressed with their quick responses when I had questions about my replacement options. They are not the type to sale to the consumer to just leave behind - it is clear that they value their customers. I am looking forward to making future purchases with them

Great customer service. Great product and can definitely feel the workouts. Unfortunately one did break but they replied quickly and sent another pair to replace them. Outstanding service.

If you wonder about size/difficulty: I decided to be humble and ordered the middle one. I am 25+ years old man who's decently strong, very physically active but never really done any consistent "facial" (lol) training before.

And I can tell you that this one was an ok choice... 4-5 sets of the recommended program is quite tough to finish.

BUT, I just started and I did complete it so If you can relate to me I would defiantly recommend that you go for the toughest one. The middle one is good in the beginning but I feel like I will adapt very very quickly.

I could've easily started with the toughest one and adapted the workout a bit in the beginning, as it would be a better and wider range to grow into.

Would have been useful of them to put more instructions/guides to know which one beginners should go for depending on more factors.

I've never focused on this type of training before but I wish I bought the toughest one straight away.

The product works great, after the first usage you can really feel the jaw working. Awesome customer service as well! Quick replies from Dmitry to provide answers to my questions. The product is worth the money!

I bought a lite bite, which I broke through very quickly due to me having extremely sharp teeth.
Through the warranty program, the company had no trouble sending me a new product.
Overall the product is of great quality, and due to the warranty no matter how sharp your teeth are, you shouldn't worry about purchasing from them.

I really have enjoyed the product and so far it’s worked very well for me. Unfortunately after a lot of use, it did break. Fortunately, they do offer free replacement and their team quickly followed up on my request for a replacement. I’m looking forward to when my replacement arrives and I can continue to use it. I would highly recommend purchasing this product and have nothing had nothing but a great experience.

great customer service & saw results after the first week

My chisell had broken so I reached out knowing their warranty. It took nearly a week for them to get back to me. After submitting all of the necessary Information for a new set, I was told that everything was good to go and that I would receive the new set. Nearly three weeks later and no sign of the new ones.

Amazing product for men who care about improving their appearance. Customer service is responsive and quick.

Busted in a week. Got a reply that only 10% broke. Very coincidental that exactly on the dot 10% broke.

Think that's an underestimation.

Still, they're sending me another pair. Will probably be here two months from now though.

Grab ya an old piece of a tire or 69 more man idk just ain't worth 40 bucks for some british aesthetician designs.

Very great for people with chewing habits such as myself. I recommend it to anyone who either has chewing habits or wants a defined face.
