I couldn't wait for this to come to Canada. Sadly the food is disappointing. It was horribly salty and much more expensive than fresh burrito which is actually better.

Waited 30 minutes in an unmoving line while four employees stood around chatting and scrolling on their phones. Finally get to the front and order a simple double-chicken bowl with light brown rice, black beans, extra fajita veggies, tomato salsa, green salsa, light cheese, and lettuce.
What I got instead: a soggy white-rice mountain drowning in sour cream and queso, single portion of dry, cold chicken, ZERO veggies, pinto beans (which I can’t even eat), and a giant scoop of guac I didn’t ask for that somehow cost an extra $4.50. The whole thing looked like someone angrily stirred it with their elbow.
When I pointed out literally every single item was wrong, the “manager” shrugged, said “we’re out of bowls, this is what you get,” and walked away. No apology, no remake, no refund—just pure indifference.
$22 and half an hour of my life gone for the most expensive bowl of sadness I’ve ever seen. Chipotle used to be reliable; now it’s a clown show that can’t follow basic instructions. Go literally anywhere else. Never again.

By the time I received the delivery it was cold and greasy, Steak tasted like tough milk cow, Peppers were so overcooked that they were just mush. Needless to say, the largest portion went in the trash. Not likely to order again.
Another poor customer service experience. Close the location and/or start over with all new surroundings and potential staffing only with retraining, and show them I to engage
I visited the location at 6600 N Sheridan Rd in Chicago this evening right around a little after 9:00 PM to pick up a quick meal.
As usual no one greets you, not to mention when they do it is with low energy and not really caring except to process you through the line. Tonight, though was typical for I stood there for 5-7 minutes with no one saying anything, and they looked at me and still said nothing. They have no system relative to processing Uber eat orders, and walk in customers.
I had to repeat myself over 4 times to the young man I guess he had lack of focus or who knows what was going on. I would like to mention also they always seem to be in big hurry to get you through the line, even when you might say easy cheese, or light pico de gallo, they heap it on like they are not listening or what I believe is that they really don't care for they are not affected by waste of product here for they are not paying for it. It is really sad and I feel somewhat bad for the company, but then again not really for it shows there is no real management oversight on location or from the top down here.. Company potential profits lost in some many areas here for this chain. Food quality not that great anymore like it use to be, we really enjoyed going there but not as much as longer. Your shop looks and function like nothing you see on TV commercials, those are so over blown and not true. The prep space where they prepare the customer foods are so disgraceful most of the time it is somewhat scary to see.
GM can’t manage this location. Needs a different job. He’s no good at customer service.
The Chipotle in Middletown OH is the worst ever! GM isn’t interested in listening to your dissatisfaction. He refers to the website and they are useless. No help or satisfaction there. They don’t want to hear your complaint. They just apologize and say they hope the next visit is better. Complete incompetence. I hate this place and will never go back. I’ll also make every effort to affect their revenue. There are struggling small businesses that would better appreciate support. Not these clowns. They do not care about rip.
don't quite believe what you see on TV
Just saw the TV ad again for what they say is a new variety of chicken - chicken alpastor. It sounds religious, but that aside, the end of the commercial shows a heaping bowl of food, topped with guacamole, which is an extra add-on. But without the guac, it was still a heaping bowl of food, like a mountain in an oval tin container. I thought back to my most recent visit where I asked for just one serving spoon of rice, when they typically put in two helpings as a rule. My bowl was filled to about the rim of the tinfoil bowl, nothing more than that; nothing even remotely close to how it's depicted in a TV ad. But if false advertising were a crime, practically every company would be in jail. It tasted fine, but not filling enough for me as my dinner.
