Terribly managed, avoid!

Terribly managed. Terrible food, terrible emoloyees. Avoid this Chipotle unless you want to experience the worst Chipotle in America. Horrible!

I’m at your location in Dallas on London do Johnson Hwy in Dallas Tx. I arrived at 4:08. It is now 4:32 and I’m no where near the front of the line. 4 ppl in the store is insane. When o come and the place is saturated with employees it still takes a long time to be served. I’m absolutely out done with this. After a long day of work all I want is Togo home and eat. It’s a bummer to stand and walk a 10 hr shift and get here and be greeted with mediocre service…

Gone probably 50 times at this point and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. Doesn't matter which location the chicken bowl I get tastes the same in Chicago as it did in Austin. For a fast casual chain that size that's actually impressive. The line moves fast once you're in it. Takes maybe 3 minutes from ordering to paying even when it's busy. And the portions are not messing around - one bowl genuinely keeps me full for hours, which at that price point is hard to beat.

Started customizing more recently, extra fajita veggies, light rice, double salsa - they never complain, never charge extra for most of it. Guy at my usual spot remembered my order after like the third visit. Small thing but it sticks.

I use chipotle every time i'm at work. I didn't have any problems before, but recently I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. Every time I try to order Chipotle, no matter what address. I'm using or no matter what store is coming from. They cancel my order every single time. I called corporate, and they did not help me. And I had some guy who barely spoke english who didn't want to help at all. No one knows anything. Doordash says it's chipotle, and chipotle says it's doordash. I get the runaround. Try to make a $75 order the other day. And they keep canceling it for some reason and i'm done. The only way I can get it is if I go in myself. I can never doordasdash when I'm working or at home for my family. Such a disappointment.

The Cinco 26 promotion was a failure

The Cinco 26 promotion was a failure. It didn't work unless I ordered online. I tried, but I couldn't enter the code and the line backed up. The company should not offer a promotion if it doesn't work. The bathroom was filthy too.

I’ll give a two because I normally love the food and had problems with Qdoba so I switched I use to live next door to a Qdoba and ate there once if not twice a day for two years… then I moved back to st.louis and had a problem every time I went to Qdoba now i go to chipotle offten , so I ordered on the app because my car was in the shop and the privous time I ordered my side of Quaso dip wasn’t in my order i paid for it so I called back and told them I didn’t get the queso dip i ordered so they made every excuse and said we put it in your chart to get next time I said ok went on about my business … so it’s the next time now Im ordering maybe two or three days later my order is normally like 13.95$ and I applied the queso dip discount in for 2.70$ long story short my total was 18.35$ so I figured it was delivery charges and all that didn’t think anything of it . Hour passes no food two hours past no food so I called chipotle and asked about my food they said they didn’t have a order for that per so so I emailed the app and they said there was nothing they could do because it was a pickup order yeah well I called and they said they didn’t have a order for me …. Now they won’t even make it right and at least give me something I paid them money and got absolutely nothing!!!! DO BETTER This is the chipotle is st.charls Missouri 2014 Zumbel Rd !!!

Changed recipes?!

Husband picked up a shredded beef burrito and (what used to be) their fabulous lime chips and fresh salsa for me. The last couple times I ate there the same order was not very good. No change again this time. Taste was flat, cheese was grainy(!) No flavor. Lime chips had no salt and no lime and I didn’t get the fresh salsa- they came with some green salsa that I didn’t even try to eat. Guess I’m not going to any Chipotle again- waste of money. They used to be so good!This store was in Duluth, Minnesota.

I ordered a chicken burrito via Uber…

I ordered a chicken burrito via Uber Eats from the 49-51 Lordship Lane site in London and I am extremely unhappy with what I received. For 15 pounds, I ordered a burrito with chicken, rice, beans, fajita vegetables, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. I received a burrito filled with rice, beans, lettuce and tomatoes. I have two pictures which show no fajita vegetables and no chicken. I did not order a lettuce, beans, and rice wrap for 15 pounds!

I am a vegan first of all. It's depends on the person serving, who's in line, the employee attitude, especially with one another according how your services goes. I've been to Chipotle several times and most experiences were not good. I've gone all days and times trying to figure the best time for the best service. I've gone where the server was talking to the customer before me very familiar, and she overloaded his bowl. When it came to my order it looked less than half of what he ordered. I ordered the exact same dish that he ordered. I went to one where at 11am they didn't have fajita or brown rice available with a 15 minute wait. I get the same thing at each store different prices. It seem some toppings and chips are free at one store for the vegan bowl and cost at another.

Very poor experience all around

Very poor experience all around. Food was cold and then I opened my tacos and they barely put any meat on them. If I can share photos I will. No one greeted me at the door or asked me why I was taking a bag of food of the pick up shelf. When trying to call to let a manager know the phone just kept ringing so I went on the site and went through the AI ha prompts only to be hung up on by a robot. I will never be eating there again… sad sad sad quality. Do better.

Chipolte LACK of Customer Service

First I would like to commend CHIPOLTE for assuming that we ALL keep our receipts as if we are EXPECTING COLD food, for leaving Comments on their Website. Fact is if the Food is Cold, and a Burrito Bowl is 50% Rice, that is called Poor Customer Service, that translates into I am looking for somewhere else to eat.
Chipolte, should concentrate on QUALITY Service. It's NOT Rocket Science. Chipolte, Wildomar CA. 92595

I ordered Al Pastore chicken with white rice only through Uber Eats and they send me a bowl of SLOP! Wilted lettuce a bucket of corn black beans burned bottom of the pot chicken, cheese and sour cream I didn’t ask for any of this, then their phone rings with no answer just an AI that can’t help show this place stayed in business so long is Amazing I’m done with them I will stick with Willys

Stopped by around lunchtime and was surprised how quiet it was - barely any line, which was nice. The food itself was fine, but honestly, the portions felt a little light. That's kind of why I always order in person at Chipotle though - if you do it online, they tend to skimp even more. The dining area could've used a wipe-down; a few of the tables were kinda dirty. Plenty of seating, though, so no complaints there. All in all, a pretty average Chipotle experience - nothing terrible, nothing amazing.
