Package received!!! :)

Finally received my order. Never did get confirmation though. Everything looks good, the sizing is a little on the small size though. I will post again after the Christmas gifts are open and tried on.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

I'm SOOOO sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. There is no way to cancel the order. The products I ordered have not been shipped so they should be cancelled without problem, nevertheless and despite multiple mails to the customer service I have not received an answer.

I finally got items ordered and must say I was very unsatisfied. 1. the cloths smelled terrible. 2. poor workmanship in the sewing...loose/ bunched up threads on materials used to make garment. 3. everyrhing was see thru. 4. the size I ordered, which was a size larger than I wear, were smaller. 5. They offered me 15% discount on purchase amount then offered an upgraded discount to $20%. This is what Noracora did after I told them 3 times I wanted all items returned, as they are defective and smells bad. 6. Very rough and scratchy material with no give in the materials. They asked for photos. You cant take photos of bad smells.

So eventually they told me to return all items, unworn in original pkg. I have to pay to return to a location in China. They gave me an international label to mail back to China. Plus I have to pay the customs charges as well. So not fair!!! FYI: And you have to take to a post office. So I am going to dispute this purchase and the international fee I paid additionally, after I mail it back to the USA address it was shipped from. Let them worry about. Canceling credit card charge to them. They are less than worthy to me. Signed Queen Rachel, an american IsraElite royal Pastor. Now what Noracora!!! I am not the one you want to do this mess too....or anyone else.

I am a senior citizen with disabilites, and self quarantined. This a budget constricter on me.

They are not customer service quality or friendly. The items were mailed from a US California address with a typo in the state code. Why cant I return to a company with an address on the same coast I live on? Very frustrated!!! My Lord will avenge them that curse His. ALERT KING JESUS IS HOME!!!

I ordered some boots etc.

I ordered some boots, one shirt, one pair of earrings and a bracelet. They called themselves Rosalinlin. I thought they were in the USA. I got no order confirmation and later in the week I saw Chic V for 118.41 and I had no idea who they were. Later I found it was Rosalinlin and they had charged me nearly 40 dollars in shipping and they were in CHINA. I found out when I got spam trying to get me to buy more, and I replied HEY!.... That's when I found out they charged me for boots that they don't have! and they charged me for two of the same exact shirt! I told them to cancel the boots and they did. They credited them (but not sure if it was the advertised price/no email receipt, not even in SPAM) and 7.50 in shipping, but went on with sending two of the exact same shirt. I said, I checked the order form three times. I have NEVER double ordered I am very efficient! They pretty much said too bad. They did not try to stop the package. I told postal and they said I do not have to accept especially if they send something I did not order, and they refused it. As in it was never delivered to me. Instead it was returned. Well, China told me I have to try ot get the package with item(s) I did not order, pay shipping and return it or else I don't get my money back. I said I couldn't accept it, because first shipping was as much nearly as what they sent, and they sent two of the same exact shirt that I didn't order. For two weeks they argued like they were enjoying trying to rip me off saying that well I am paying 73. dollars even if I don't have the package because they won't pay to ship for their stuff and so it will get thrown out and I have to pay for it! I did tell my bank and not sure it was on debit with a Visa logo but I am telling you these are criminals! Do not order from them!!! V

Relieved

After placing an order I was concerned that I had not heard from anyone at this company. When I contacted them I was told my order shipped. If it had been shipped that was good timing. I was advised to check my spam file for the invoice. There it was tucked away in spam. Thank you Chicv for helping me get the information I was searching for. I am waiting for the delivery.

I just received 90% of my order

I just received 90% of my order. I am well versed in textiles. I was flabbergasted when I looked at the quality of the material that was utilized to make the garments. The tag reads "cotton blends". What does that really mean. One of the items that I purchased is ski:OU9298EBCBD3. I went back to the Justfashionnow website to take a look at the advertised item and the item that I received. The picture on the website shows an items that has weight to the fabric, is well draped and will flow as I walk. That description does not fit the garment that I received. I MADE A MISTAKE MAKING A PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE. I read a bit of the organization's back story and simply put, the back story is about women who want to support women. I believe that you need to rethink your thoughts. How are you supporting other women when you are not selling QUALITY clothing to the women who shop from your website. Shame on you!!!!

I got a standard reply from Chicv today. They clearly have not read my original complaint which has stated that I have not received any confirmation of the payment that was taken out of my bank

I ordered clothes to the tune of £242.77 on Monday 08/11/21. I was informed that an email confirming the order will follow shortly. I am still waiting. I have noticed that the payment was taken in full with a reference Chicv. This was not the site I have used to buy the items. On further investigation I was horrified to find out that Chicv is a subject of avalanche of complaints and accusations of fraud and poor quality. I’m an old age, disabled pensioner who relies on shopping online. I cannot afford to lose this amount of money.
I would be most grateful for any advice what to do next.

WARNING!!!! Just Fashion Now is in cohoots with ChicV and adds exchange rate after issuing invoice.

I would rate a 0 if I could.
I purchased a pair of sneakers online through Just Fashion Now for a total of $39.98. The following day, I checked my bank account and I had a pending payment for $60.40 going to ChicV.

I used JFN online chat and it works out they told me I hadn't changed my exchange rate country so it is changing in currency added. I informed them the country was correct and usually, a customer is informed when there is a change of currency added to before payment is made, not after.

I am in the process of demanding a REFUND. I informed them that they are deceiving their customers by allowing this to occur. I will be unsubscribing them as soon as I have a suitable reply with a good reason why this can happen and a refund.

In future, I will be using PayPal as they can reverse payments other than the standard bank and may inform me of any change in currency rates added.

This is a really poor site

This is a really poor site. Items are nothing like picture on the net. The material is shiny and cheap looking in fact unwearable for me. The delivery took 6 weeks perhaps forgivable in this covid period. My parcel was wrapped in a ball plus there was no invoice no address for returns, All very disappointing. Now I just want my money back.

Scam!

I ordered a dress in size XL and they sent me a size XXX? When I contacted them about returning it I said that I shouldn’t have to pay postage since it was their mistake. They then said that I ordered it in XXX. They offered me a partial refund and said I could keep the dress. Said I would take it and donate it to a women’s shelter. This is an intentional scam. Don’t ever buy anything from them! It would have cost me more to send it back than my refund would be. Scam artists

Wow I have had a totally different…

Wow I have had a totally different experience. Yes I agree the quality is less than appears in the pictures. The size chart seems to be different for each item so check before selecting. But I’ve been happy with my items. I was so surprised how nice and long the sleeves are I’m tall and always have a problem with that One of the pieces of jewelry has a piece of plastic instead of a stone, but o still get compliments on it. I guess it is a case of buyer be ware but if you do you’ll find some real treasures
