Cocoon Chicken Coops Omdömen

It came with some pannels with no wholes and some with them on wrong side it has lots of holes and I get ventilation but it already comes with ventilation holes instructions are so confusing and hard to tell what goes were and looks way better and bigger in photos

Pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put together. Feels solid and with the rain cover, it looks cosy for the rabbits. Very happy with it.

Very prompt delivery
Easy to assemble

Given the price of the coop, on delivery the wood was split in multiple areas and there was several scratches on the wood- I was given a replacement for the broken roof of the egg box but not the scratched and scuffed areas of the main roof.
The coop itself is lovely it's ashame about the scratches and scuffs.

I bought a larger coop for myself after being impressed with the standard of the smaller one. Quick delivery and excellent communication all round. Recommended.

Overall good service, coop was delivered within the estimated time, assembly is quick within a couple of hours, it would make it more helpful if the pieces were labelled with the letters the same way the screws are labelled, one thing I found tricky to fit together was the nesting box I found it easier to attach the sides first followed by the floor and then add the side panel after but other than that very easy. Wood is slightly thin so I will be adding extra bedding for winter and there are some small gaps around the frame but these can be easily filled in with felt for extra warmth. It’s advertised for 4-6 medium birds but I think 4 would be the max in this coop

So far so good, quick and efficient delivery and communication. Easy to build and instructions were fairly clear. The wood is slightly thinner than I’d expected so we shall have to see how it winters, we intend to put wood protect on it ourselves. Seems sturdy though and a decent size for a few chickens.

Only downside is the latches on the side, they’re very stiff and don’t really open/close very well so we will probably need to replace them.

Nice product fast delivery

Delivered on time - some damage to packaging but checked inside and everything was there.
Coup arrived, very cute! Easy to build. We went for the treated wood so I’m hoping it will last a bit longer.

Thanks for the chicken run . everything well packed easy to put together.we are in the process of putting the netting on ABIT fiddly but we will get there ok . very pleased with the run .

I think the coop is very good and very sturdy but we are missing the piece of wood to open up the nest area. The coop is also very good quality and is very easy to clean.

The service and delivery was excellent but considering my coop should fit 4-6 medium chickens and a few weeks in and I’m having to buy a larger coop as this one is cruel for the 4 chickens I think speaks volumes.

Absolutely delighted with the chickens coop and the chickens seem to agree!
Easy to order and put together. The raincover fits like a glove.
Customer service was excellent and delivery the next day.
All in all, A* experience.

Really fast service and the product was exactly as advised. The package was unfortunately quite badly damaged on delivery, but the coop itself was well packaged and only had a few marks/indents. We've immediately built it for the chicks, the instructions were easy to follow, and the ladies are already settled in their new home!

I'm really happy with this chicken coop! It’s just as described—well-made and looks great. It works well for my 5 chickens. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, a good purchase!

I ordered the Noah's Ark Chicken Coop.
Firstly I must say the actual coop is one of the best quality coops there is on the market. Very easy to assemble and perfect size for my two chickens. I had abit of trouble with the delivery as one part of my order was damaged in transit and they didn’t make the supplier aware. However when I emailed to say I’m still missing part 2 of my parcel the next day, I received an email back pretty much straight away, then I received a follow up email and a phone call to let me know they would be sending it out again for the next morning. The communication was above and beyond and it was a pleasure to buy from you. I’ll definitely be making more purchases in the future.

Very good service and coop was just as described. One piece was broken in transit but on sending a picture and description was immediately replaced without further question.
Assembly diagrams and instructions were really quite small, but at least were accurate.

I have already posted a negative post in response to your request for feedback. The company did respond to me andvto give them credit they did send a feeder and water pot as promised if I gave a review.

The hutch arrived with the hinges and dowel holes on the wrong side of the panels - which meant in order to get it put together properly - we had to remove them and flip them around - not great quality at all!! Immensely overpriced. Very disappointing - much cheaper options (and arguably better quality) in local farm shop - wish I had gone there. 🤯🤯 Don’t be deceived by their luxury photos online - I would not recommend.

Yes - this hutch was purchased direct from the website chicken coops and houses. I can also confirm that when it arrived the package was damaged and taped back together.

Simple selection process and great price. The customer service is professional and efficient.
My chickens will be very happy in their new home.
