When you find something but don’t save or purchase it, it’s difficult to find again!

Where is my order? I have waited several weeks and havent got a tracking number, and no response on my emails asking for it. where is my order? Send it immideately.

Do not buy from this company I have waited over a month to get items which are still not made and still not delivered I've tried to cancel 2 items which is part of my order because it's taken so long to be told we will bill you 30% for cancellation.

I think waiting a month and still not having the full delivery I should be able to cancel the undelivered items without penalty.

Please report issues to the Better Business Bureau, the more cases that are raised the more awareness they will have of this company.

I bought a necklace online. I paid for expedited shipping. I ordered the necklace on May 18 and It did not arrive even with the expedited shipping until June 16. When I try to return it, they have insisted on extraordinarily complicated pictures being taken for reasons that do not seem to need to be self evident or keeping with normal business practices. The necklace had to be measured before it could be returned. They needed to be a photo of the outside label of the plastic bag that includes the necklace. It seems like these people are complete and utter crooks. I rate them as a one, but I would give them a zero if such a score available. The necklace is a poor quality. It is clunky and doesn’t feel like quality jewelry on your neck. In order to get a return label you have to email them and they write you insulting and overly personal responses.

I can't wait to receive the "hand ring" I ordered as it is so unique; however, I inquired about the 3 stacked rings shown with the "hand ring" and never received a response. I would have purchased them as well but couldn't find them on the website.

The website is easy navigate. I have received a few pieces from chicherjewelry and they look exactly as shown and that is not true for many jewelry places. I keep coming back for more. The price is affordable and when you get what you bought it will be drop dead gorgeous

If you’re considering buying from ChicherJewelry, do yourself, and your wallet, a favor and don’t. The item we ordered was advertised as high-quality, elegant jewelry, priced north of $100. What we received looked like something out of a $5 claw machine. I’m being generous, at least the claw machine gives you a thrill.
The so-called "jewelry" was cheap, plastic-feeling, lightweight, and embarrassingly poor in finish and craftsmanship. It had all the luxury appeal of costume jewelry from a gas station clearance bin. Frankly, it felt like a cruel prank disguised as a premium purchase.
We returned it promptly, expecting the bare minimum: a full refund. Most reputable sellers offer that when a customer isn't satisfied. Not ChicherJewelry. They offered us an insulting partial refund ($28 on a $111 purchase), as if that would somehow make up for receiving knockoff junk that wouldn’t pass muster at a flea market.
But the real comedy (and tragedy) came in the form of the time suck that followed. We went through weeks of back-and-forth, uploading evidence, tracking shipping, writing statements—enough effort to qualify for a law school externship. At one point, we were practically begging PayPal to get involved.
And PayPal? Initially, they sided with the seller. Why? Because apparently the item "matched the description", which only makes sense if the listing described it as "shiny, unwearable garbage made to disappoint."
Thankfully, after escalating the issue and spending more time arguing than it took to file our taxes, PayPal finally saw the light. We received a $100 voucher, which helped offset the financial hit. But let’s be honest, we’ll never get back the hours of our lives wasted dealing with this.
If you enjoy throwing money away, feeling scammed, and spending your nights drafting appeals to customer service reps, ChicherJewelry is perfect for you. But if you expect decent customer service, honest product listings, and even a hint of quality, run the other direction.

Your response is baloney and you know that. PayPal confirmed that you never made any attempt to process an installment payment, you just ran the full amount.
PayPal does not control merchant installment plans, only the merchants do so again, you are dishonest and consumers should beware. Additionally, I never received anything in spite of you providing a tracking number that you clearly manufactured. My bank is reversing the charges and I have alerted FaceBook about your scams.

Total scam. 30 days later and no ring. Don't buy anything from this company.

Purchased a $135.99 men's saphire engement ring. The edges on the ring are not rounded off and, way to sharp, and cut into my knuckle making it unwearable. Customer support responded quickly but denied a refund claiming the ring was manufactured correctly. I can return the ring but must pay for international shipping costing almost as much as the ring. VERY POOR QUALITY! Something comparable to costume jewelry. UPDATE.. Per Chicerjewelry response, They state that the pic shows the ring fit perfectly but they cannot see any cut on my finger or sharp edges. Of course I am not going to wear the ring long enough to show blood on my finger and of course a pic can never actually show the sharp edges. Again, there reply is useless.

Never received my item. After 21 days, I was told it was being handmade and they don't keep silver on hand because of oxidation which is a bunch of crap, and that my item was finished for me to please be patient yet 5 days after it was "finished", it was still being prepared hadn't been shipped out even though they kept telling me it was going to be shipped out the day after it was finished. I thank God I ordered with PayPal because I just got a refund because of dealing with their nonsense and them telling me lies after lies after shipment date lies I had had enough. This was supposed to be for mother's Day and yet they kept pushing everything off and giving me every excuse in the book. And the cost of the products that you're buying is absolutely outrageous!

AVOID THIS SITE/ COMPANY
If I could give this 0 stars I would.
First of all the items take 4 months to arrive with no real communication from the company. Then when they arrive they look NOTHING like the pictures on the site - so cheap with poor craftsmanship. They claim their jewellery is sterling silver but none of it is stamped 925.

2 of the pieces arrived damaged and while the site claims it has 60 day money back guarantee this is also a scam. It takes ages for them to reply to emails and then they try to negotiate with you - first I was offered a reissue for one of the pieces and 15% refund for the other and if I wanted to return I would have to pay the international shipping and tariffs.

This was ridiculous considering neither piece is wearable - I declined said it wasn’t good enough wanted 100% refund for both pieces and I was happy to return them as I didn’t want them but as per the claims on their website would not be paying the tariffs or shipping as they items were damaged the onus was on the company.

So then they came back with full refund for one and 40% for the other and “If you don't like it, you can sell it on a second-hand platform, which is more cost-effective.Is it okay with you?
This is a second-hand platform” proceeded to send me the link to poshmark.

I had to screenshot their own website to show that this is not in line with their own claims to finally get them to refund the items and even then they have not given me a full refund they have short changed me by £12.62. And when I challenged them again re: this they said you got a jewellery box and a silver polishing cloth - for what?! For items I can’t even use. Further challenges were responded to like this: “As I mentioned in my last letter, we have refunded you all the money that should be refunded. If you don't like it, you can sell it on a second-hand platform, which is more cost-effective than customs duties and shipping costs.”

Their customer service has been a disgrace. Avoid like the plague they are such a scam and their 60 day money back guarantee is an empty promise.

UPDATE: the company have gotten in touch and refunded me the remaining £12.62

Haven’t received the order yet but I’m sure it’s gonna be beautiful
