Ordered a bed from Chesterfield Beds in mid-January, I've been waiting almost 4 months for it to arrive, calling everyday for the last 3 weeks, got through twice and was promised it would come on 2 occasions - which it obviously never did. Blatant scammers, do a bit of research yourself and it won't take long to realise that we've been had over. AVOID and report to your payment provider and the Police.

ORDER - NO SHOW.
I ordered a bed on Feb 8th, only to be told a few weeks later they were awaiting a part and it would be delayed. I had about 4 phone calls over the next few weeks and was told to ring back this week. They now won’t accept my calls, response to emails or respond on their social media. Luckily American Express are on the case for us.

We ordered swatches and were so pleased with the quick despatch. Loved the designs of the bed and we were so genuinely looking forward to it arriving, it had been a big decision. But DONT be fooled!! Delivery said 2-3weeks. On the 3rd week I tried calling multiple times with no avail, so I emailed.... I eventually received a response advising they were still waiting for the ottoman parts and to contact again in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went so I contacted via Instagram. I was advised someone would call me, but they never. I had to ring multiple times before someone answered. The guy on the phone advised we could have our bed this weekend and that someone would call us either Thursday or Friday. Today I rang 15 times whilst the person on the other end continued to forward my calls. I contacted on Instagram which was ignored! Honestly the worst customer service I have ever known. Absolutely gutted to not be getting our bed and for wasting 6weeks waiting! Save yourself the stress and don’t bother!!

This company never delivered the bed and mattress I bought from them 2 months ago. They don’t pick up the phone and don’t reply to the emails or DM on IG. I started disputing the fraudulent charge with my credit card company and I have reported them to Action Fraud. I encourage everyone to report them and give those scammers what they deserve!

This company is disgusting ! They are advertising items for sale, you make a payment and never receive the goods or hear from them again ! They won’t reply to emails or calls !!!! So upsetting !

Scammers! This company stole my money and never delivered the bed! They ignore all messages, emails and calls! I have reported them to police. Everyone stay away!

This company seems to be a fraud. They aren’t responsive anymore to my messages. I definitely would not recommend them!

Fraudulent company! After several weeks of delaying the delivery, they stopped replying to my calls, messages and emails and never delivered the bed!

Update to my previous review.
It is a fraudulent company. I have spoken to police and as per police advice I filed a report at Action Fraud (Chesterfield beds company was already flagged before). All victims shall report it to Action Fraud (they take into account all the correspondence, phone calls recordings etc). Let's stop this scam.

There beds are so beautiful and looks so great. Price is very good its worth waiting for. Send them email enquiring about the there product reply was very quick, excellent service just now looking to place an order for a matress.

Ordered bed in January and was told it would take 3-5 weeks to be delivered. They have now stopped replying to my emails and phone calls we are near the end of March and still nothing from them.
I have now had to get onto my credit card company and put in a dispute form.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a bed 5th Feb, we were advised 2-3 weeks delivery service. On 26th Feb, with no bed having appeared, after chasing, we were told delivery within 2 weeks and were advised to call the owner the following week. At this point, he then ignored all communication and stopped answering my partner's phone calls, until my partner called the owner from a withheld number which was answered. After further weeks of being ignored, we eventually raised a dispute with Paypal - the owner STILL didn't answer and Paypal have now closed the case in our favour of a full refund. Would be very cautious buying from this company - poor customer service, communication and no product - thank goodness we paid via Paypal as we also then had the worry of potentially being out of pocket in a big way.
