I didn't like my old bed so I asked my friends if they know where I can buy any good quality beds at an affodable price. They recommended me to take a look at Chesterfieldbeds, and I'm glad I listened to them. I'm enjoying my new bed now. It's so comfy!

This is a scam company and doesn’t exist. My bed never arrived… they don’t reply to emails, calls or messages. It’s been 12 weeks. DO NOT BUY.

You will not get a bed delivered if you order through this company! The good reviews are clearly created by fake customers.

All of these five star reviews are clearly written by the company! Making out like they are still a working business! Try and get in touch with them... It's impossible!

My bed was delivered but there was quite an important part missing... Which means I am still lying on a mattress on the floor. I have emailed, called, sent DMs on Instagram. They would reply prior to my delivery... Now they don't.

The irony of them describing themselves as "the professional bed company" on Instagram too! How about calling me back and sending out my missing part!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM! ordered a bed back in March and they kept pushing back the delivery date, now all the phone numbers are out of service as is the email address. No way to contact them or get money back. If you have ordered from here report them to the Action Fraud Police to get them closed down as they will still be receiving orders and money from people

I have just had a PayPal Fraud Claim resolved in my favour refunding to me the monies I paid for the bed I bought in February.

It was never delivered, no communications, phone lines do not work (rang repeatedly), no responses to any emails. The company is a sham - STAY AWAY. PayPal will now also likely be closing transactions to this company.

SCAM!!!!

Can no longer contact them on any of their contact details provided.

Sent emails saying order was delayed due to covid. It has now been 3 months. And now you can no longer contact them.

Please do not buy from chesterfieldbeds.com, they will get your money without sending you the order.
I would recommend everyone to inform actionfraud.police.uk about your experience with this company and of course inform your bank.
If other people who had the same experience have any recommendations on how to recover our money and stop these scammers, please comment.

I am so surprised of these "satisfied customers" who give 5 stars reviews. Mr Nakash Hamid (aka Mr Chesterfield) has no limits. If this company is so good, why aren't they claiming this account, give feedback to their customers? Disgusting!

Simply one of the worst companies to deal with and would not wish anyone else to have to deal with them, just save yourself the hassle and move onto the next company.

Any form of communication is non-existent.
Ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered in February, never arrived, chased lots of times only to be told that they didn't have any deliveries in my area that weekend. Then a further follow-up after being chased to say they could no longer provide that bed. as a result, we greed to a new design - fine, not an issue at all.
Then they came back and said we could indeed now have the original design - great, no issue there from us! missed delivery date again with no communication after being emailed that the new delivery date was a 'guaranteed date' and after that missed delivery date we have never heard from them despite calls and emails pretty much daily. The 0800 number on their website goes straight to a mobile answerphone and their email address is no longer in use with emails bouncing back. I have emailed the email address associated with the paypal account to whom we made payment and forwarded our desperate attempts to get an update or refund and again no reply from this either.

I would STRONGLY advise anyone who paid via Paypal or credit card to go and start a refund process immediately, as you are not getting the items you are awaiting. There is also a period after which you have made your payment and once that elapses, you cannot claim via Paypal. I suspect That Chesterfieldbeds.com know this and try to drag it out past that period to then be in a safe place with no recourse for a refund from the likes of Paypal.

Genuinely i wish the best of luck to everyone chasing refunds, as i am certain there will be a lot more people who havent commented below that are in a similar position.

- further to the above I can now confirm that Paypal have today refunded the full amount without any form of reply from Chesterfieldbeds.com or contest of our claim. If you haven't started the same procedures already, I cannot urge people enough to do the same and look to get your money back before it is too late and this company disappears into the night with your money like many others that set up a scam facade as a way to look at building mass orders and ripping so many people off. Such a shame people operate this way but no doubt will try and use the guise of Covid as a narrative, to why they act so dispecably.

Great quality bed and the experience from start to finish was excellent. We were able to get the bed we wanted in a reasonable time and communication was great

These people are frauds, they promise you each week that your bed will arrive and when the day before they promised delivery comes they say sorry it will be next week and this will go on for months. I did not receive a refund for many months after being messed around. They are rude and do not respond to phone calls or messages. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be very out of pocket with no bed.

This is a scam company do not be fooled by the pretty beds on the website or on Instagram! From the onset red flags appeared but I dismissed them. Their website did not have complete information such as an address or terms and conditions. They were quick to take my money (in January) and I received a call in early February saying that they were going to put my order on a priority list. 12 weeks had elapsed and I started calling and leaving messages. Eventually someone msgd through Instagram apologetic saying the bed would arrive at the weekend. I waited - nothing! I then asked for my money back as they had not fulfilled their contractual obligations. Even that is dogged with issues... the company are conducting extra security checks due to the number of disputes so the refund is put on hold and money will be refunded within 30 days. You can’t make this rubbish up! They need to be investigated and shut down. I’m so upset with myself I should have listened to my gut instinct. If I could give them zero stars I would. Interesting that the FB account has been removed. It’s clear that the positive reviews are concocted by themselves.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company to purchase one of their beds. 2-3 months in and they have been unable to send me a swatch or even finalise the pricing. Thankfully I then read all the reviews, I will DEFINITELY be taking my custom elsewhere. Worst communication I’ve ever received. I feel lucky that I did not hand over my cash to this company. BEWARE!!!!

I wouldn’t even rate this company one star but I have had to rate them the one to write this review.
The WORST company I have ever dealt with genuinely.
So unprofessional it is unbelievable!
From the beginning to end it was shocking so much so I ended up with a different bed to the one i ordered.
Then on delivery the delivery drivers didn’t even know they were assembling the bed, swore outside my house in a lovely neighbourhood, came in and didn’t take shoes off in a brand new house, and then to top it off one made the worst stench in my bathroom that lingered for the whole evening after they left!!!
I found the attitude from staff rude, I wasn’t addressed properly just everything awful!
Nearly 2 months later I am still waiting for a £50 refund after numerous, calls, messages, emails you name it I’ve done it I will be reporting this company to trading standards if I do not receive my refund by tomorow which is also why I am writing on here so you hopefully see it!
