I didnt have the same experience
I didnt have the same experience. My brother wants to go to Switzerland. So I found this contact on facebook and contact them. They explain the conditions and they promise to provide the documents, house/room and job. For 3 months, we paid and they didnt made nothing, only change the cv from english to german. I though with a paid agency its more easy than a free agency.

You mention that you were informed about the conditions before signing up. That means you were aware of what we offer. Additionally, if you were expecting instant results within three months, this is unfortunately unrealistic, as finding housing and jobs in Switzerland depends on many factors, including availability, competition, and qualifications.
If you feel something was missing from the service, we would be happy to review your case. However, comparing a paid agency with a free service is not realistic—what we offer is structured support, but we do not control the final outcome.

Nebst dem, dass die Dienstleistung nicht gegeben wurde, habe ich meinen Vertrag ordentlich gekündigt, was mir auch per Whats App bestätigt wurde, nur werde ich jetzt die ganze Zeit vom Inkassobüro belästigt und das auf ungerechtfertigter Art und Weise. Ich kann niemanden telefonisch erreichen und es hilft mir auch niemand. Es wurde mir versprochen, ein Bestätigungsschreiben zu erhalten, um es dem Inkasso weiterzuleiten. Bis heute keine Hilfe erhalten. Es ist wirklich traurig.

Vertragskündigung:
Unser Vertrag hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von einem Jahr, wie klar in den AGB beschrieben. Eine vorzeitige Kündigung ist nicht möglich. Falls Ihnen jemand fälschlicherweise per WhatsApp eine Kündigung bestätigt hat, möchten wir dies intern prüfen.
Inkasso:
Wir leiten offene Forderungen erst an das Inkassobüro weiter, wenn Rechnungen trotz mehrerer Mahnungen unbezahlt bleiben. Falls eine berechtigte Klärung notwendig ist, helfen wir gerne weiter, jedoch basieren unsere Forderungen auf einem gültigen Vertrag.
Sie können uns weiterhin schriftlich kontaktieren, und wir werden den Fall prüfen. Wir erwarten jedoch, dass auch von Ihrer Seite die vertraglichen Verpflichtungen eingehalten werden.
