I had been working in construction for three years when my company suddenly let me go. I didn’t know where to start looking for a new job because my German isn’t great. When I started working in Switzerland, I just signed my contract without reading much. Later, I realized I was getting paid less than others with the same job. I had no idea what my rights were. Apartment search in Zurich was impossible. Every time I sent my documents, they just ignored me. I was so frustrated! A friend told me to get help, and they explained what landlords want. They helped me write my motivation letter and make my dossier stronger. I didn’t get the first place I applied for, but the second one worked out. It’s not the biggest flat, but it’s mine, and I’m happy.

Si vais a trabajar a suiza, es mejor ir por libre, que con empresas de este tipo, yo he estado allí varios años y este ultimo decidí darles una oportunidad a esta gente pero jamas volveré a contratar a ninguna empresa similar

¿Acaso no leyó los Términos y Condiciones (AGB) antes de registrarse? Nuestros clientes siempre tienen acceso a esta información antes de firmar, y todo está claramente detallado.
Como empresa registrada en Suiza, tenemos el derecho legal de iniciar procedimientos de cobro (Betreibung) en caso de pagos pendientes. Si hay algún malentendido, le recomendamos aclararlo lo antes posible para evitar consecuencias legales.

Nuestro servicio no se limita a traducir un currículum. Si considera que no recibió suficiente asistencia, ¿por qué no se puso en contacto con nosotros antes para aclarar cualquier malentendido?
Además, tiene varias facturas pendientes de pago, y el cumplimiento de los pagos es una obligación contractual. No se trata de una amenaza, sino del procedimiento legal en Suiza. Como empresa registrada, tenemos el derecho de iniciar un procedimiento de cobro (Betreibung) en caso de impago.
Queremos recordarle que enviamos los Términos y Condiciones (AGB) junto con el contrato. ¿Acaso no los leyó antes de firmar? Los AGB están disponibles en inglés, alemán, español e italiano, para que no haya malentendidos. Nadie es obligado a firmar con nosotros, cada cliente tiene la libertad de leer y decidir antes de aceptar.

No hacen el trabajo en los tiempos estipulados además de que solo aplican a un sitio web, la asesora responde rara vez y si responde lo hace después de bastante tiempo y de manera poco profesional, te ayudan a hacer la hoja de vida en alemán y eso sería el único punto positivo de esta agencia , no la recomiendo para nada te hacen firmar un contrato de 1 año en el cual sinceramente el trabajo que hacen lo puedes hacer tú por tu propia cuenta y sin pagar 30 euros mensuales

Se demoran bastante en responder, te ayudan haciendo tu hoja de vida pero cometen errores gramaticales, el servicio pésimo hacen aplicación en solo 1 sitio de trabajos y no toman en cuenta los requerimientos del trabajo lo cual también hace que surjan entrevistas en trabajos a los que no estás calificado, siendo sincera ahórrate la plata y aplica sol@ en cualquier sitio de trabajo

Es una estafa! No paguéis ni un euro a esta gente. Durante 4 meses estuvieron “buscándome” piso o habitación entre St Nicklaus y Zermatt y no fueron capaces según ellos porque era muy difícil, pero esto después de haber pagado y haberme prometido que es super fácil para ellos encontrar una habitación. Son unos estafadores!!!

En ningún momento damos garantía de encontrar una vivienda. ¿Cómo podríamos? La decisión final siempre depende del propietario, no de nosotros. Lo que sí garantizamos es nuestro apoyo en la búsqueda y la preparación de la documentación, pero encontrar un lugar para vivir en Suiza depende de varios factores: la disponibilidad en el mercado, los requisitos de los propietarios y la competencia con otros solicitantes.
Lamentamos que su proceso haya sido complicado, pero nunca hemos prometido que sería "súper fácil". De hecho, todo el mundo en Suiza sabe lo difícil que es encontrar alojamiento en ciertas regiones, especialmente en zonas turísticas como Zermatt.
Si tiene dudas sobre el servicio que recibió, estamos abiertos a revisar su caso, pero hacer acusaciones de "estafa" sin fundamentos no es justo ni refleja la realidad de cómo funciona el mercado inmobiliario en Suiza.
