Fed up
Ordered Spotify family for 12 months from cheapzy in December. The last 3 months has been nothing but hassle. Every month I keep losing premium and going back to free and I have to contact them to get me back onto premium.
The final straw today as I contacted them yesterday about 1.30pm as lost premium again. It is 27 hours since and I am still waiting and nobody is answering my tickets. I want a refund I am fed up now

YouTube premium was cancelled due to some changes. Fine, but then they said they are working on reinstating all premium accounts. It’s been three months and nothing. They haven’t responded to messages now in a month. Don’t give them your money

No reply to my (many) refund requests (despite reply that I can request a refund (via Discord) following a massive Youtube Premium account cancellation by Youtube).
Edit: 2026-03-20 I have created ticket on discord month ago. Email weeks ago. Still no refund
Edit: 2026-04-15 No update. Still waiting for a refund!

After the large YouTube Premium cancellation, we received a very high volume of tickets and requests, which has caused delays on our side. That said, you shouldn’t be left without an update.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
I had subscriptions to Netflix and Spotify. Both subs kept failing with the companies detecting that I wasn’t in the originating country.
Back and forth on discord with Marzap many times with the accounts changed several times, until eventually it was taking weeks to get responses after multiple prompts.
Eventually he agreed to refund me as per his policy on his website.
I’m sad to report that months later, not a penny has been received.
Think twice about using Cheapzy. ☹️

Despite the response from Cheapzy that they would organise refunds, not a penny has been sent back.
Please be wary of using Cheapzy - when you sign up, initially all will work - this is when the bulk of positive reviews are left. BUT if you filter for reviews at the poorer end of the spectrum, the story becomes clear that subscriptions don't last their full term, and that getting a resolution or refund is almost impossible

There was a large number of affected accounts during that period which created a high volume of tickets, and unfortunately that led to slower response times on our side. That said, you should not have been left waiting this long regarding a refund.

Service was priced really well, took awhile to receive the Yt Prem benefits but thats nothing to discourage waiting less than a day for them to kick in for the price offered. ($58/year) Owner kept in contact and updated when they were available. Great service
