Highly recommend them, bought a yearly subscription, everything was done extremely fast. They are very responsive on their discord which is very good if you need to get help for their support team.

staff was really helpful and account was upgraded much quicker than i expected ( around 5-6when can be up to 24) and exactly what they said itd be
Had a good experience to begin with, starting January of 2026 things have gone downhill quickly. Marzap, the head of Cheapzy, made a post about Youtube mass cancelling many of these subscriptions and offered everyone a full year as compensation, as they had come up with a solution but it would be slow to implement. To me, this was not a problem as obviously there will be hiccups with a service like this, but communication has just gotten increasingly worse.
He initially replied fairly quickly and explained the situation in a few announcements. However, in early February he mentioned that he was speeding up the process and that everyone should be sorted in about 3 weeks (based on his own timeline in an announcement). I messaged him in mid-March as there were no updates and I still had not received any notice and everything should have been completed by then. Still nothing.
The last private message I received on discord (despite him saying discord service is much better and quicker) was on January 22nd. The last announcement he made was on February 7th. I have tried messaging for an update 3 times: February 24th, March 19th, and again today. I haven't seen or heard anything. Pretty disappointing to receive radio silence when all I am asking for is an update. I think he realizes that most of these customers are SOL as the time limit for chargebacks has likely passed.
I hate to give a one-star, but like I said, even coming into this knowing that a service like this comes with its potential risk, I think this situation has been handled incredibly poorly. I am now just sitting here hoping that my premium gets reinstated for a year and the man is good on his word. The sad part is even with all of this if he had communicated I would have given the benefit of the doubt (as I already have for months) and probably continued subscribing. At this point, however it shakes out, I don't think I will be a repeat customer.
Edit- Marzap has said on here, and discord, that he will prioritize folks looking for a refund, and said he will literally filter messages with the word refund to keep them at a high priority. After sending another message and writing this review, 5 days ago I finally asked for a refund and still haven’t received any response. Seems like they have scaled far beyond their means and support is basically nonexistent. So, be careful. While other platforms may be easier to work with/more lenient with crackdown on loopholes, if it goes south it is likely you will be out the cash and left with no response if things go south. Incredibly disappointing service from someone whose (increasingly sparse) responses to these reviews suggest a high level of attention and care.
Edit - Still no response as of May 27. 5 months of no contact.
June 9th, still nothing. I've just left the server, it's clear the guy does not care enough to help restore service or provide refunds and is happy to shut people out. If your service works for you, I'm happy. Hopefully it never breaks because you are liable to be ignored and have the owner pocket your money.
Owner of the company was able to help me resolve my ticket in a timely fashion. Product delivered was expected without any issues!
Paid for a Youtube family membership using my existing Youtube account. At the start of the process I was informed this was no problem at all. However, they locked my account to some single membership that cannot be cancelled, in a way bricking my account (for 12 months). They did try then to setup an alternate account with the family membership (even though is was not in line with what I requested, but I thought better than nothing). However, that account only worked for 1 month until it got blocked by Youtube.
I've been in contact through Discord with someone names Marzap. Communication was great and fast until after I made the payment. After that it got extremely slow, and now I am just being ignored (last response more than a month ago).
For some people it might work out, but I would highly advise against it as this has cost me a lot more money with Youtube directly (since I now need to have separate individual memberships), plus I of course spend money on Cheapzy.
Might not be an outright scam (they did response at the start sometimes), but I was for sure scammed.
Paid in full for one year of youtube premium but disconnected. No resolution except telling me dispute the charge with the bank.
The last VERIFIED review for this site was August of LAST YEAR —that should tell you everything you need to know.
Update/Reply: I’ve had a support issue open for FOUR MONTHS with no resolution. The owner’s response here is pure PR and completely ignores the fact that there are ZERO recent *verified* positive reviews.
Read any reviews that mention support and you’ll see the same pattern — issues raised, no resolution and no refund.

Overall good experience, fast communication via discord, fast service, no problems for me.
As they have scaled a bit their support now stinks to death. Bought YouTube Premium in September, went down in early December, submitted several tickets and still unresolved, just not worth the gamble with them anymore.
They used to care quite a lot about 1 star reviews on here but they don’t even bother replying to them anymore. I had several subscriptions with cheapzy but won’t be renewing after the YouTube debacle.
£56 for Youtube premium for a year. It went off after a couple of weeks. Marzap got me back on. A month later it went off again. Marzap assured me he would get it back on. Four months on, nothing. No replacement, no credit, no refund, no replies. Disgusting. AVOID
Second time using Cheapzy for YouTube Premium and it was a great experience each time.

Purchased a Year of You Tube premium that got cancelled 12/25 after an announcement they make that will restore the accounts, 3 months later nothing has happened, they do not respond to basic questions, they ignore refund requests and when they respond they keep asking for your log in info and others just to stall and buy more time. Regardless of being promised to expedite my case and get it resolved in the next couple of day, they never did. Stay away of this company, if you get the service, lucky you, if you run into a problem say goodbye to your money.
I submitted a ticket MONTHS ago on discord, no response at all. I emailed weeks ago, no response. My Youtube premium family account has been down for 5 months with NO response. (I just made a new discord ticket 0623).
Buyer beware. You might get lucky, you might be kissing your money goodbye. A legit company trying their best would not be ok with this. Don't tell me to email, I just did.
Honestly I was a bit disturbed with having to give complete access of my Google account to a stranger for the service. I was also a bit curious at the fact that I had to pay in Bitcoin. However, I definitely received exactly what I paid for. Just trust the process!
Used cheapzy for a spotify premium sub for 1yr in 2025, had only one small issue that was quickly fixed and the rest of the year had no problems. I just renewed my spotify for 1yr with them again and everything went smooth and has been good so far. I recommend them cause the price for a year of premium in the USA is insane
