Deceiving rates
Deceiving rates. Daily rates are not the rates given when I click checkout. Be honest if you want repeat business. Customers value straightforward and upfront pricing. Your business model shouts "shady scam" and reflects that you believe your clients are imbeciles, easy prey.

Svar från Cheap Airport Parking
Thank you for your feedback. We want to assure you that we value our clients and do not consider them to be imbeciles. During checkout, we are completely transparent about any taxes or fees that may apply. We even provide clickable links to explain these fees further. Our goal is to provide our clients with a clear and honest purchasing experience. I will take this back to the team and see how we can improve customer experience on our site.
Good Deal
Easy to use website and good price with using the coupon. We have used this parking location before and it's a good deal.

Rip Off cost me an additional $53.00 to leave parking lot.

Svar från Cheap Airport Parking
We apologize that you feel we are a "rip off". If you were charged $53.00 to leave the parking lot, this means you overstayed your parking reservation. If you plan to leave at a later time or date than what your original reservation states, you need to extend your existing reservation. Our rates our usually cheaper than the lot's rates but without an extension, you are subject to pay the lots rates.

Very competitive (at least initially since we've yet to use the actual hired parking garage) online general source for regional/LAX Parking Garage choices. Easy enough 2 use, Favorable Rating #s & reviews for at least some if not half of the garage Co's listed.
