The boots are fantastic
The boots are fantastic, came exactly on time. But for the price you pay I am not sure why there is a delivery charge. It's not a lot but it's the principle.

The Bad Step
I found the laces too short - I already let you know about that fact, but received no response - and also found I couldn't close the part of the boot where the tying eyelets come together to help protect the instep from the rain.
Forgive the terminology.

Always prompt delivery- quality never fails
Always prompt delivery. The little suede collapsable loafers are my basic everyday shoe 'slipper' for around the house/ popping out. Have them in three colours- black navy and tan, am eyeing up the rust too! Hope they bring back the dark green!

Excellent quality but Courier company not so good
Excellent quality, British made and it shows.
Courier company not so good. Despite me notifying them of a safe place to leave my order (A Parcel Box located at the side entrance to my home) the order was left at my front door clearly visible to anyone walking past. Such a valuable order should not be put at such risk.

Can’t say much about the quality. We all know how good that is! Sadly the shoes didn’t fit so returned them. Service was excellent with no hassle at all. Treat yourself to a pair- you deserve them!
