Rember and avoid this company as a partner they dont pay to the drivers and send penaltys to the drivers , make lies to dont pay , i provide a service for this company and i dont get pay, i provide a mercedes benz class brand new Like they ask ( Mercedes benz e class or similar ) and they dont pay me , and send me a invoice 2000chf to pay them because they say i provide a wrong car imagine that .

Sir, in order to clarify your opinion, you provided a service with a vehicle that was not compliant The car was note register in our system and was under our requirement. Furthermore, after the service, you took the liberty of contacting our customer, clearly indicating your company's information. As indicated in our partnership contract which you have accepted, it is clearly stated that a penalty will be applied in the event of such behavior. What's more, as a result of your deplorable service we have lost the contract with the customer! Who is the scammer in this story, you or us?

Our whole experience with Schauffer-services was perfect. The communication was flawless and the booking system is very user friendly and made the whole process easy. Mr. Champroux and his team are great and helpful in every situation. All the drivers were professional and always on time. I highly recommend!

Bad experience: no security on their financial transactions
I was charged an extra 108 Euro without prior notification based on a false bill from the driver and on my return, the driver sent me a message that he will not pick me up unless I pay home 100 Euro. The retrun false chargers were stoped by the company.

The €108 charged corresponds to a detour requested by you to two additional addresses, in accordance with the pricing conditions specified at the time of your booking.
However, we acknowledge that the driver’s direct request for €100 was entirely inappropriate and against our company’s rules. As soon as we were informed, we immediately suspended the driver and launched an internal investigation to ensure this does not happen again.
We sincerely apologize for this incident and for the inconvenience caused. Customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please feel free to contact us directly if you would like to discuss this matter further.

Excellent Service
Our chauffeur, Mr. Fabien Champroux, was excellent!!! He made sure that we were comfortable and made stops when needed. He also helped us with luggage and made sure we were taken care of at the hotel before departing. We’ll definitely be using this company again!

We flew into CDG from the United States…
We flew into CDG from the United States and then took a train from CDG to Lyon.
We had a long day. It was nice to have someone pick us up in a very comfortable vehicle and bring us to our destination.

Amazing service and driver
The car was very comfortable, the timing was exact but what made our day even better was the driver, Ulrich. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. He assisted with advice, information and made little detours of interest but kept perfectly to the itinerary and timing. An amazing gentleman that helped make our day perfect.
