Paul was amazing! We booked a private bus for our group of 10 for our off cruise day in Belfast. He was so accommodating and knew all the good sites to hit. He also gave us a history lesson about every sector of the city we visited. The van itself was a luxury Mercedes sprinter with beautiful leather seats, heat, ac, water bottles and phone charging ports in every seat. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with this driver service in Ísafjörður.
Not only did our driver take us safely to our planned destination, but since we still had some time available, he kindly showed us a couple of additional places of interest around the town. What made this especially thoughtful was that we had already told him he was welcome to leave us there and enjoy a short break himself, but instead he chose to make our visit even more enjoyable.
We also greatly appreciated the flexibility before the tour. Although we contacted them outside the usual time frame to change our appointment, they were extremely accommodating because our cruise ship had experienced delays docking at the port.
The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Ísafjörður

We have worked with you before, and everything went smoothly when the ride details and accepted commercial terms were clear and respected.

This booking was received only a few hours before pickup, not days in advance. After we accepted the ride, the accepted amount was changed/reduced in the portal without our approval.

As soon as we noticed the issue, we informed your team by email and requested urgent clarification.

If this was really a technical glitch, your team should have clearly confirmed in writing that it was an error, that it would be corrected, and that CTL Services would be paid the original accepted amount. No such confirmation was received before pickup time.

For your information, the incorrect reduced amount is still showing in our portal, so please do not claim that this matter was already fixed or clearly resolved.

We cannot dispatch a chauffeur when the accepted commercial terms are changed after acceptance and no written payment assurance is provided.

The client inconvenience is unfortunate, but this situation was caused by your system changing the accepted price and by your team failing to provide clear written confirmation in time.

We have screenshot and email proof of the original accepted amount and the reduced portal amount. If required, we will request Trustpilot to allow photo proof to be shared regarding this matter.

CTL Services is always ready to perform confirmed rides professionally, but we will not accept bookings where the accepted price is changed afterwards without our consent.

We had the car service lined up for our trip to Fairbanks Alaska. Got a message on the flight they were cancelling it. Very disappointing. Luckily the hotel we were staying at had a free shuttle and we were able to get there. I would definitely check with your hotel first - You may not need to spend money on this service.

The whole experience with your chauffeur services was reliable and spectacular. On the day for the pick up, I received a notification about my upcoming pick up schedule which for me gave me some peace of mind, considering the amount of preparation there was leading to the event.

The driver arrived 15 minutes earlier and was prepared to wait for the appropriate departure time. He was looking professional and complimented the occasion. The vehicle was clean and exceeded my expectations.

From start to finish, the whole experience was nothing short of amazing. It took me all of 5 minutes to secure a vehicle, pay and get a confirmation email. The online correpondence afterwards, via email, was great - quick responses and great attitude. The chauffeur, Philani, was amazing - he arrived on time, kept in constant contact with me throughout the day and he chatted to me so respectfully and professionally when he arrived. I followed him in my own car, and his driving was excellent. What amazing people to deal with.
