I felt there was a real time constraint…
I felt there was a real time constraint for my stylist to get to her next appointment. Didn't spend as much
time styling my hair as she had previously done.
Think she was being timed my her manager, kept
looking at her watch and I walked out not really happy
with my hair style knowing full well she's a fantastic
stylist and had done much better for me in the past.

I specifically told the hairdresser that I did not want thinning shears used on my hair. I actually mentioned it a few times before she even washed my hair, and told her my hair gets all these little hair sticking up when the thinning g shears are used.
She said ok…..then she used them all over my hair .
Very disappointed and upset with this haircut.

After a week of my cut
After a week of my cut, I am disappointed in it. The stylist took of 3 to 4 inches when I asked for 2 max. She also agreed to keep my long layers and then chopped off so much that they are super short especially at the front. I spent the week trying to see if I can adjust and style my hair a way I like, and I honestly hate it. She talked about how she would change my colour at the next appointment even though I had just told her I had purposely not coloured my hair for a few years to give it a break, then had recently gotten new highlights which I'd like to keep. She also told me my shampoo was not working for my hair, convinced me to buy one in the store, which a bunch of my hair fell out after using. Won't be returning to that particular stylist, although I've had another stylist before who is really considerate and does a great job.
