My daughter had her hair cut, the hairdresser did a beautiful job and followed the instruction given. They were great at the front desk, overall good experience!

The stylist was good, but the appointments are not managed properly. Had to wait about 45 min even after appointment. Even when I had arrived on time, they told me to come back in 10-15 min. I came back after 15, then waited for 45 min for the sevice.

I had a great stylist Julianne who was very helpful and kind.

Soooo happy and excited about my hair!! Savanna did an amazing job as always with my fresh colour and cut!! She always makes me soooo happy with her kind heart and hard work!!! I always make sure to send a review as she should be regonized for a job well done!!’ I’ve been getting my hair done with her for over 5 years, she truly is amazing!!! I hope Chatters recognizes her hard work and dedication to her clients!!!

Troy is very knowledgeable and skillful. He asked questions to understand my needs and listened carefully to what I had asked. Took time to explain specifics about how to work with my hair type and how that requires a different kind of technique that I usually get. The end result was amazing, the best haircut I have ever received. This is my second visit and it was the same experience both times. Very personable.

Giuliani was amazing. She had creative freedom and I’m SO happy with how my hair turned out. She did an amazing colour correction and I cannot recommend her enough. I will definitely be visiting again

He doesn't rush...takes his time and listens.

Girls were nice. Our hairdresser was a lovely older woman who was very nice. However, when blow drying my hair and my granddaughter’s hair, she was almost brutal with yanking that brush. My 8 year old granddaughter said the lady must have been angry that day. I went in for an updo for my son’s wedding. I ended up with thin, long hair with curls at the bottom. I’m 67 and it looked awful on me. She did an ok job on my granddaughter but left out a bun that she wanted.
Her listening skills need work and will someone please tell her to stop hurting everyone. She said it was necessary but it definitely is not necessary.

Even though they don't work with my type of hair normally. They did the best they can and together we got it done. I appreciate the humble effort so much. And it's all thanks to Anneta.

Had a very bad colour service at a location in BC but had to leave for a trip and was devastated. I thought there was no fix to it but after contacting the manager they made arrangements at this location for getting it fixed. At this location I got amazing customer service and the biggest thing was the stylist was able to fix my hair and was so understanding, respectful and compassionate throughout. Both Aneta and Ainsley were amazing and didn’t let me lose hope that it could be corrected and ensured all my concerns were answered. Aneta has such vast knowledge and an amazing eye for detail. They both went above and beyond to help me across provinces.

Fantastic salmon. Tory never disappoints. He knows exactly what a client needs ands works on detail. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Nice clean salon.

Savannah knows exactly what I want and is so fast! Love coming to her for a refresh.

This is my second experience at this salon with Tony as my stylist and he has blown it out of the park both times. He has listened to what I wanted done to my hair (just trimming and shaping my curls) and was able to further educate me about curl care. I even bought a couple of the products he recommended and they have very quickly become part of my regular routine. I highly recommend.

We visited 3 weeks ago and personally spoke with a stylist about what we wanted done for my granddaughter. We booked an appt for Aug 31st. On the evening of Aug 30th we received a call saying there was a problem and they needed to move our appt to Sunday with a different stylist than we talked to and trusted originally. On Sunday , the replacement stylist didn’t seem too interested in doing hair and asked what colour we had previously used. I told her L’Oreal and she said she couldn’t do it because they use only Redken product and the colour wouldn’t match. So I asked.. Are you going to do her hair and she said no.
I drove an hour to fulfill my granddaughters back to school wish to be told no.
We went to another salon who had no issue doing her hair. It looks amazing and not quite as expensive as Chatters quoted.
Very disappointing service. Will never recommend.
However, I do want to say the receptionist was polite and very welcoming. At least someone there knows how to do their job.
