I’m genuinely heartbroken to hear that this location is closing. The staff here have always gone above and beyond—so warm, talented, and truly attentive to my hair and overall experience. It’s rare to find a salon where you feel completely comfortable and cared for every single time. I always left feeling confident and uplifted.

Unfortunately, the other locations are just too inconvenient for me to continue going, which makes this even more disappointing. Thank you to the amazing team for all the care over the years. You’ll be missed more than you know.

Amy has the sweetest heart and personality and an asset to Chatters. She provides excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable!! It’s too bad that I will have to visit two locations to get my services that I had at the location thats closing. Val does my manicure and she’s a beautiful person who does fabulous work!!

Olena is an extremely talented, attentive and kind individual, she was quick getting my hair done, listened to what I wanted and she executed it beautifully ❤️ was nervous going for a big change and I couldn’t be happier, thank you Olena!!:)

Julianne is an excellent stylist who listens to what you want and actually remembers from one cut to the next.

The atmosphere is comfortable and professional. I never feel rushed here. My stylist listened and took his time to Understand what I was looking for. And did a great job with colour matching my hair. I would highly recommend chatters salon!

The best Ever! I’m 70 years old and have been getting my nails done for 4O plus years.
20 years in Edmonton which was very good…..every trip to the USA was good. Moved back to NL in 2022 and have not gotten a good job at Nails Time!
Valentyyne was exceptionall ! She polished to the Base of my nail ( which others wouldn’t do). She did my cuticals so expertly that I could have cried….it was so beautiful.
She’ll have me for all my nail care from now on!

The best and most relaxing blow out/styling appointment I ever had. I was recently given an awful haircut (by another salon) and was so scared my hair was ruined for my mother’s wedding. Olena from the Kelsey Drive location transformed my hair and executed what I asked for (beyond) perfectly. I could have cried I was soooo happy, she is amazing at what she does.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my nails done by Brook, and I can confidently say she’s a true artist! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm personality and professional demeanor. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions that elevated the final look beyond my expectations.

The precision, creativity, and care she put into every detail was incredible. My nails turned out flawless—shiny, perfectly shaped, and beautifully designed.

I had My hair done by Kayla. I went in wanting to have My hair done so I could grow it to My natural hair colour coming in. She commented letting My hair go it's natural colour could age Me. I felt a little insulted. I don't think I look My age. It also took Her 4 hours to do My hair. She did not tell Me that when We started . I guess I will going somewhere else to have My hair done.

This is my second mani/ pedi with Vikktoriia and her work is meticulously done. Very pleased
